Craig Wenaweser – Holistic Healing

I started working with Craig about a year ago when I felt lost, stuck, disconnected, and dissatisfied with life. In the time I’ve worked with him my life has completely shifted. For the first time in my life I have been able to get in touch with who I truly am. His intuitive, accepting, and supportive therapy style made it so easy for me to open up and talk to him about some of the deepest parts of myself, parts that I had never shared with anyone else. That in itself was incredibly healing for me. He taught me meditation to help me to feel more connected to myself and to the present moment. He also used Hakomi Therapy to help me release and work through some of my issues and trauma from the past. I can honestly say that working with him changed the course of my life and put me back in touch with what I want for myself. I cannot recommend his services enough!
