Craig recently helped us find a beautiful home. Shopping in a market that is crazy stressful to first time homebuyers Craig was always available, receptive and knowledgeable for each step of the process. He also helped us get a great mortgage rate on the property as well! We started house hunting in Marin in August and moved in the first week of October on our first offer — we couldn’t have done it without Craig!

Craig is very professional and helpful. Unfortunately he is so good that there is someone out there that is using his name in a scam. They are asking for a «refundable down payment» to secure an apartment ahead of the current tenant moving out. I knew it was too good to be true and called Criag at Coldwell. Please make sure you talk to the RIGHT Craig!

Craig is the property manager for my apartment in the outer Mission/​Noe. He’s easy-​going, approachable and very responsive and reactive to tenants needs. By far the best property manager I’ve ever worked with.
He has been extremely helpful on all fronts since my move here, including exterminating a rare and unique bee infestation in the apartment and coming within the hour when I was locked out of my apartment.
During the bee debacle he came to the apartment multiple times to assess the situation and arranged for a bee expert to manage the situation and then hired a cleaner to get the apartment back to its original state. To top it off, he then thoughtfully dropped off a bee-​themed gift basket for the inconvenience that the bees had caused.
