Clinique In Macys Stonestown Galleria

I bought a value pack online (comes with cleanser, toner, lotion along with travel size version). Somehow within a few usage, the cleanser pump broke. I called to ask if I can exchange just that one bottle that broke and whoever spoke to me that day said I can.
The next day, I came in to exchange it but somehow the lady at the counter was unable to do so. She can only do it if I bring the whole value kit to do a full exchange since she couldn’t exchange just that one bottle.
I came back with the full kit the next day and guess what? The Manager on duty did an exchange, but just for that one bottle that broke. So I made a second trip AND brought the whole kit back… She could at least exchange the whole kit…
On top of that, there were no free samples for me to try out before buying the full size product. Oh well.
The products I bought only made my face softer, but that’s it. I would definitely try a different brand afterwards.

So, this was pretty much my home base Clinique since I worked at Stonestown for 3 years. I loved the Manager Katie. She used to come by on her break & say hi or even stop by & let me know when they had really cool gift with purchases. I loved her. So, sad when she left this location. I love there gift with purchases the bag’s are so cute. I’ve started a whole collection of them just from this location alone. There is an older lady that works here by the name of Mary. She is great too. She helped me find a perfect red based on what kind of red lipstick I described to her & showed me there super cute bottom lash mascara. I love it!!! They are super friendly here for the most part.
This would be my 2^nd favorite Clinique Store only because I hate how they switch the employee’s from here to Nordstrom Clinique. If it’s not broke don’t fix it & I can be a creature of habit at times. So, I hate it when they send my favorite sweetest employee’s to Nordstrom. So, sometimes I’ll stop by Nordstrom & visit that Clinique instead just to see my girls. The (1) thing I love is Mary is a staple here & can always help you find whatever you need & has a lot of patience. One time to get me in & out because I knew what I wanted & they were super busy, she rung me up at the Estee Lauder Counter. =) They are so, sweet here! You should drop by though they are clear on the other side of town in the Sunset the customer service is soooooooooooooooooooo much better here than down town Macy’s Clinique Union Square by far!
