Bassam is very knowledgeable and is a good resource to help you figure out your ADA issues. He has a lot of experience to help you dodge legal problems, and he even helped me prepare my action plan after preparing my CASp report. I highly recommend him.

I recently asked Bassam Altwal to come look at my disabled mother’s home to help make sure it was a safe environment for her to live. I was very impressed that Bassam was a Certified Access Specialist so I thought I would give him a try. I could not have been happier with my decision! He quickly surveyed the house and mentioned a number of things we could easily change to make things safer. More importantly, Bassam’s background as an ADA consultant reassured us that the suggestions he made would also meet State safety guidelines.
One of the items that Bassam helped us with was the design of a safety rail to help my mother negotiate the step down into the living room. Again, Bassam thought of things we had never considered. He drew us up some nice plans that we could provide to a contractor to complete the work.
