Buying a home is likely the biggest investment you will make, and also likely the most stressful. The unit I bought seems to be designed OK but there are a few obvious flaws. For example, the laundry closet is 1″ off of fitting a normal sized washer/dryer unit. They also didn’t include a separate outlet for a washing machine. They also promised me they’d «fix» the issues and then went back on their word. The thing that really gets me annoyed is that after I bought the unit, they didn’t return my phone calls and emails. I had questions about items like getting mail service, electrical hook up, and other questions that could have been easily answered. Now after the transaction is closed they, of course, have no requirement to talk to me, but I’d think common customer service would suggest they at least return the phone call and email. It isn’t that I’m not happy with what I have, but I’d be very careful when dealing with them.
