WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I called to see if i could order a few dozen flowers for my upcoming wedding. As I got their information from Unilocal! a woman name BEV (thats what it sounded like she said when she picked up the phone at 12:10pm. I asked her if I could get a price quote on some flowers. and she said «WE’RE CLOSED!» oh ok well then why did you pick up the phone if your closed? then she goes what do you need? well i need some flowers for MY WEDDING. then she asked me do you have a resale license… erm lady i just told you that its for MY WEDDING. would i need a resale license if i am purchasing for my own wedding. I made sure I looked one the website to make sure that i didnt need anything speical to purchase from them. NOTHING ON THE SITE SAID ANYTHING ABOUT NEEDING TO HAVE A RESALE LICENSE TO PURCHASE FLOWERS.
Hey bev! if you guys are close I suggest YOU DONT PICK UP THE PHONE! with your snotty ‘tude I DONT KNOW WHY THEY HAVE YOU IN CONTACT WITH CONSUMERS. GET OUTTA HERE WITH THAT.
