I needed a lock re-​keyed around 8 PM. I called the main number for rates and was quoted $ 20 for a service call to look at the lock and $ 40 to re-​key it. When the technician called me back to confirm my address and appointment, he quoted the same rates.
However, when the technician arrived, he said it would cost an additional $ 200. I told him I was quoted $ 40 to re-​key the lock. He responded that $ 40 was just for the pins. Installing them was $ 200. He said he could leave the pins with me if I knew how to install them.
Seriously deceptive price quoting. Otherwise, service was OK.
