Arwood Waste of San Francisco

Ordered on a Monday for two portable toilets for an event. Was told delivery on the next weds and delivery folks would call one hour before arriving to place them. Weds no delivery and no update. Called Thursday folks said they check and see what happened that they would deliver between 7 & 7, No call back, I called three times that day each time they said the see whats going on and let me know. I was sent an email saying they had placed an inquiry to the delivery team (I guess). Friday I called and explained now I been without a solution for two days of the event and they said they check but they don’t contact the delivery guys while they are out? So what kind of deal is that? when a orders is two days late they cant call the person and see whats going on?
Anyways I cancelled of course, had quite a bad experience
