Artistic Tile

We had a really disappointing experience with Artistic Tile and do not recommend working with them :(
Their stone quality is equal to other vendors but their markups are much higher (by over 100%, even with trade discounts). They have a very nice showroom in the design center but as their client, you’re paying their rent, not access to better quality products.
They also claim to have excellent customer service, which was not our experience. We were extremely patient with them when they sent us stone from two different lots, tried to deny it, finally admitted it when I showed photos of the dramatically different colorations, then only offered a 10% rebate. We even tried to contact the corporate office with no success. They offered us discounts on future tile orders but when we tried to apply it to our other stone order (for a different bathroom) it was ineligible because «it had already shipped».
When that second shipment of tile finally arrived, its quality was average (at best) compared to other vendors (yet much more expensive) and when we asked to return it, they said we would have to be responsible for all of the shipping charges.
We have given them multiple opportunities to do the right thing but unfortunately they have not done so.

Allie at Artistic Tile is GREAT! We recently remodeled all 4 bathrooms in our house, and Allie helped us with the tile in 2 of them. We worked with 3 different tile stores in all, and Allie was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable. She’s enthusiastic and creative and most of all, she truly wants her customers to be happy with the final product.

Pamela was fantastic. She listened and suggested the perfect tile for me. I simply couldn’t have made the decision without her encouragement. I highly recommend Artistic Tile
