I agree with most of the reviews unless there was any issue after a dental procedure. Unfortunately I did come away with major pain and sensitivity for a minior procedure. The procedure was to replace an old filling and I was left with debilitating pain. Which made eating and sleeping very difficult. I did not have any previous sensitivity to the tooth before the procedure and after I am left with headaches and not able to chew with out crippling pain. I do understand that dentistry is a science and art. And that sometimes individuals are more sensitive to dental work than others. Here is where the true lack of business ethics are in question; after the initial procedure I was left pain that lead to headaches, dental and neck pain. So I contacted the office of Dr. Sanchez and scheduled the next available appointment. Upon return I was not treated but consulted by Dr. Sanchez. Although still in pain, missing work and now looking at being back in the dental chair to my dismay the visit only resulted in Dr. Sanchez informing me that he would have taken a different route to the procedure. And since he did not preform the procedure (although it was done in his office and most obviously receives commission on all the Dr.‘s under his practice) he stated he would not attempt to fix the issue without charging me again since he did not preform the work originally. Unfortunately the other Dr.‘s in the office are contract Dr’s and the are not at this location full time. So I was left with the option to either pay twice for the same procedure gone a rye or come back when ever the Original Dr. Who first preformed the procedure was back in this office with an available time slot. It seems to me to be a poor business model to put your name on the business but yet have not obligation to the clients who are treated under your roof. Unfortunately now I have lost wages in missed work, the issue of the dental pain is still very relevant and now I am left waiting for an appointment to hopefully fix this issue. Dr. Sanchez offered only to double charge for the same procedure or upsell me on a much more expensive procedure (thus still continuing to charge me much more) or just leave and come back when it was more convent for the original Dr. to re-​do the procedure. And I am not even upset with the Dr. who preformed the work, I understand there can be complications with dental procedures. But to not assume some liability towards your clients. And the consultation with Dr. Sanchez only offered would of could of excuses and made me feel as if I were at a used car lot trying to return a lemon. This was my experience unfortunately. I still do wiish the best to those at Premier Dental Group. I just won’t be returning as a client. I am just greatly dissatisfied of the lack of care after a routine procedure did not turn out well.
