ABunnDance

This is a great time and space to explore your creativity, tune in with your self and have some fun letting loose while you dance like you don’t care who is watching. I highly recommend this. I went here on a date with my boy friend and we loved the connection we got.

Before ABunnDance class I had never «dropped it like it was hot» I knew the body mind connection but I had always just intellectualized it. Cassandra made it so much fun, easy, a great work out, and really a heart centered healing experience. I highly recommend her classes. On the surface it seems really lighthearted but I was amazed at how deep we all went, dancing and wearing tutus! She really is a gift, a beautiful soul in a beautiful package. I truly feel like being brave and going to that class, shifted my life in a good way.

Going to Cassandra was so beneficial for me. I loved how loving she is and how comfortable she made me. The place is great and the room was so relaxing. I felt very safe and protected. The way she asked me questions and genuinely cared about where I was at in my life was so refreshing. I can tell that she believes in what she is doing and cares for her clients. I have seen a dramatic shift in my energy upon going to her and equate it to the healing work she has does. I have seen myself open up and release fear that had previously been running things in my life. The way that I have been able to interact with others has changes as well. I noticed a huge difference in my communication and ability to be present for another. She had helped me to create space for new things to come in my life, the most important of which are new possibilities. I feel so much more confident and have even decided to move to San Diego, on my own, with so much more security than I thought possible. I highly recommend Cassandra’s healing energy work for anyone who is looking to improve themselves in anyway. She is the real deal.

This is a place where amazing shifts happen.
My own personal experience involved being «stuck» about purchasing a new car and all the logistics around what that would involve. I literally left the class and drove to the dealership from a shift that happened IN class. Instant results… and it was actually fun! :)

This class expanded me in being in the beauty of my own body, stretched me out of my comfort zone and really worked my core! Love it so much. I have attended every class since. Come with an open mind and be prepared to giggle…

This class had shape my perspective in such a positive way. It’s great to see a unique one of a kind boutique fitness/​life success class. Each class unfolds new experiences relevant to my life, that keeps my mind and spirit alive, alert and awake. All that happened while ABunnDancing and laughing my booty into shape. Most of all it was just plain simple fun.
