Chris was a complete pleasure to work with. I’d anticipated having to spend much more, but rather than coming in and doing what I thought needed to be done (first, a new door, and later, a new toilet), he found the source of our problems, fixed them completely and at much less than I feared we’d need to spend. Plus, a bonus for me was that he had no problems with our very difficult dogs. Highly recommended!

They’re the best: very competitive pricing, the highest quality workmanship (including a great working relationship with city inspectors), terrific responsiveness & scheduling, and they cleaned up during & after their work. I used them for my house’s wall repair and gas-​line replacement, and will use them again. Highly recommended.

I have used the skills and competence of Chris and Tim in a variety of projects and continue to contract additional work with A.C.S. I appreciate not only their standard and quality of work, but their noting preventative measures that will alleviate further damages that were not part of the original scope of work. That they perform a wide range of building skills gives the client an opportunity for a smooth and consistent end result. What I look for in contractors with whom I work, beyond skill set, is a strong sense of personal investment in the standard of their own work, personal ethics and trustworthiness — A.C.S. satisfies all of these requirements.
