Horrible customer service. The owner was immature, rude, and confused. They do not deliver furniture when they say they will and fail to care about the customer during the entire process. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Worst furniture store ever. Had to ask the owner to stop screaming at me over the phone. Very impatient guy and obviously doesn’t like money or people. If you want to go to a furniture store that will give you so much buffoonery it is this one. Overpriced and incompetent managing. I wish I can give this place a 0 because that’s what’s it Los worth

First, time purchasing here and worst experience ever! Owner had no manners was very immature was talking over me when I was just trying to ask a question. They told me my furniture would arrive at 5pm didn’t arrive till 9pm 4hrs late! Not only that but not all parts of the furniture arrived when they were suppose to! I would NOT recommend or shop here EVER again!

Still my favorite furniture store. Just took my cousin to buy a bedroom set. She loved it! Great prices and great service.

The lady was very nice but I like to go around places to make sure I’m getting a far price. Some of the prices she gave me some where else was much lower

Wow! I was very impressed with this store and their wide selection of furniture styles. They also have great customer service; staff is very welcoming and polite. I was informed by a friend who lives in the Valley that I would find what I was looking for and I sure did! Not only did they provide me with delightful customer service, but they also offered excellent deals on high quality furniture, which is very hard to find nowadays. I am very pleased with my new bedroom set and utterly excited about my upcoming purchases at Alfonso’s Furniture :)

Have been coming here for years. Great family owned business always friendly and have beautiful pieces. Sales people are a little too good because I go in looking for side tables and come out with an entire new living room! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for quality and a great value. :)

HORRIBLE service from both a sales agent an the store manager… My mother was given a quote for a dining table set and she agreed to purchase it… the sales agent wrote up a sales order and my mom left a deposit with the understanding that she would pay the remaining balance upon delivery… later that evening the sales agent calls my mother to tell her that he mis-​quoted her and that it would be an additional $ 300 although a sales order receipt was given in writing. I called the GM the next day and he admitted that the sales agent had committed several mistakes that week yet he was still employed and causing more mistakes and offered no help… from a business perspective this is completely unacceptable but the GM didnt agree… he didnt offer to do anything besides a callback which he never got around to therefore my mother went in the store and he told her that even if he wanted to give her the original quoted price he couldnt because they didnt have that item in stock! Ha! DONT shop at this place unless you want to deal with a sales agent giving you wrong quotes and a general manager who lies to cover the mistakes of his employees rather than honoring the original sale agreement!
