I have a love|hate relationship with these stores. Not just this one in particular. Some things are amazingly overpriced. Like jawdropping. But their jeans have been my favorite jeans. Bullhead makes great jeans apparently. I visited this store today, and it was reaaaaallyyyy dirty. We walked in and I noticed a girl messing around with some jackets on a rack. I thought she may have worked there but when we entered, she looked at us and then looked back to the jackets so I made the assumption since she didn’t say any effort of a greeting, she was a customer. We passed her and then she mumbled something under her breath and I looked at her inquisitively and saw she was wearing a name tag. Okay, rude. Male cashier was ringing up his friends(either that or he was overly friendly) and took his time, creating a large line. The rude female then left the floor to help on cashier. Once we were exiting, I noticed that on the female’s side, there was clothing EVERYWHERE. Shirts unfolded and thrown on the ground, jackets and vests hanging for dear life onto one side of the hanger and jeggings that were so wrinkled, the looked like they were shoved in someone’s ass and thrown on the table. I feel like these stores need to hire people based on competence and people skills rather than their looks.

Employees don’t greet costumes, I come to this location every week and they looking at you with a dirty look and don’t feel welcomed. The employees are always horse playing and not helping so at the end I don’t end up buying anything from this store.

The first time I came here to purchase a Brandy Melville item, they forgot to remove the security tag. The clothes are pretty decent, but they have sales going on every month or so, which is fairly nice. I wish they had more Brandy Melville clothes, as other Pacsuns I’ve been to had a wide selection of their clothes.

Out of all the people working there, she was the sweetest one to help me go through 6 pairs of shoes. Normally going to pac sun sucks… Alyssa was super chill Give her a raise! Fo real

I get it, you’re trying to make sales and help customer, but there are people who don’t need to be helped or don’t seek for it. I don’t need someone over my shoulder just standing there watching me look at stuff. It’s annoying! First Scenario: GIRL: «Hi, do you need help?» me: «no it’s fine just looking thanks GIRL: «are you sure, what are you looking for» me: «jeans but thanks i’m fine» GIRL: «what kind of jeans?» me:(in my find) oh my f**** «some distressed jeans but it’s okay i’m good» GIRL: how about these… me: I saw those but they are to overpriced that’s why i’m looking (not down to spend $ 60 on jeans i can only wear a few times, call it cheap but whatever so be it) FINALLYSHELEAVES Second Scenario(a week or so later): GUY: «What’s up what are you looking for?» me: «just looking thanks» GUY: «anything in specific?» me: «just browsing» GUY:(stays their for a cool minute while I’m looking and then finally walks away me: 5 min later. «can I get a fitting room» GUY: first door on left open me:(go tries on clothes) GUY: «So how’d you like them» me: «I didn’t» GUY: «why not» me: «I didn’t like how they looked on me» GUY: «I don’t get what that means?» me:(SHITTTMANNHAVEN’T YOUEVERHEARDOF A GIRLSAYDOTHESEJEANSMAKEMELOOKFAT) okay I didn’t really say that but I felt like it «I’m just picky okay bye :)» Seriously, I get it customer service but shit people a simple«hi do you need help?» no? okay walk away then. Stop getting all annoying and pressure on customers.

Oh lord. The customer service SUCKS. So today, I wanted to buy a hat at Pacsun and just the hat and when I came up to the register, I was greeted by the rudest cashier ever. I was really appalled. He was a big guy with a girly voice so consumers, watch out for him. Anyways I wanted to buy the hat, I said hi to break the ice, and he rudely responded«Where’s the outfit?» I said what outfit, it’s just the hat. Then he checked and told me some lame excuse that the product needs a recall and should try out other hats. Understandable, right? So I chose a different hat and brought it up to him and he was like, «WHYAREYOUSTILLHERE? WHYDON’T YOUGOTOZUMIEZ?» Confused, I was like«Look I just want to buy this hat?» He was doing stuff on the system and I was willing to patiently wait. Then he said” Why are you still standing there? Go try out some pants.” And just like that i took my business elsewhere and went to Zumiez with no problem. Employees like that should be FIRED. They are ruining your business and help promoting other businesses. Whatever. I am never buying anything from Pacsun in Topanga Mall EVER.

I like going inside this Pac Sun, I always find clothing from different vendors and that are very up to date and for a good price, I am never disappointed with their deals. Nonetheless the service in this particular location needs a lot of work, the people who work in this store does not greet their costumers the whole time they are inside until they get to the register to pay, and if you approach them to ask a question they give a short and rude answer. Once you’re in the register you are spoken in a rude manner and they try to force you to buy more stuff, and if you dont they become even more rude by throwing your purchase at you and making sarcastic gestures and such. These people are young, but they need to keep in mind they go in there to work.

Jessica is very rude, and a two face. I bought over 400 worth of stuff and made a return for 80. When doing so she said«Next time I’ll make sure you have money before you buy stuff man, fucking up my sells.» …Excuse me bitch???

SOOOORUDE! I walked in and this one girl who was new was so kind as to help me and once I got to the register the associate(female hispanic) was SO rude and she would give me a hard time when I wanted to change the size of my online order at the store because I asked if I can please have a small and all she said«what do you want me to do about it? Didn’t you ask earlier?» Thats when I made it clear that I wanted to order a size small. She at least did her job and called another store and she claims that they dont have the shirt online and niether did that particular store but once i called pacsun and went online they obviouslly had it. She gives off such a bad attitude and energy I don’t think I’m ever coming back. Plus the male associate at the register was on his phone and just glares at you. Rude, rude, rude.

The sales associates were very rude. It was a weekday and it was pretty empty. When I only bought one thing he was like u were here for 30 min and u only bought one thing? Also, when i was in the clearance section he would say check out the other sections. I understand buisness may be slow but that’s so excuse to disrespect customers

I don’t give 5 often, but the amount of input they gave me and helped me out warranted it. I tries on a lot of clothes and they didn’t mind giving me recommendations and opinions on a lot of clothes. Really great store.

They have great deals all the time. I got great fitting rincon jeans here for 10bucks once. They ran long but I tailored it down and they were awesome. They also have those 2 jeans for 30bucks deals.
