Red Dragon Karate San Dimas

My family has been part of RDK for over ten years. We’ve gone through the Covina Locations, and the two Via Verde locations, and now this San Dimas location. We absolutely love Sensei Mike. He is so good with the kids. My brother now has his black belt and my daughter has started following in his foot steps. She wishes to get her black belt under Sensei Mike’s instruction. They are very courteous and prompt whenever it comes to an email or any questions I may have. Yes, right now they are short staffed but if you are polite and courteous they will get back to you in a timely manner. I can’t imagine my daughter going to any other karate studio. We are so proud of how much she has learned in such a small amount of time. There is never a time where I feel that the kids are pressured to be perfect. At the end of class all the kids feel so proud of themselves. I really appreciate that! He goes through all the motions with the kids and we all really appreciate it. We love Sensei Mike and his team!

My daughter has been coming to Red Dragon San Dimas karate for 5 months. She enjoys going to karate class and has been learning under Sensei Mike. It is a great place to learn for kids but their are times where I felt their service was unprofessional. I understand they are short staff right now but it has been very difficult to a response back or talk to Sensei Mike. I tired several times to get in contact with Sensei Mike but I did not get a feedback or a call back. I hope they can be more honest in their service.

My daughter started out as a white belt and is now a black belt. Sensei Mike and the entire staff has been so amazing to my daughter. Even when she wanted to quit and even in her inconsistences, he never gave up on her. I appreciate Red Dragon San Dimas.

We are so glad that we found Red Dragon Karate!!! Sensei Mike and his staff are awesome! I am so impressed in the changes that I’ve seen in my children since they’ve started attending Red Dragon. Their focus has improved so much that even their teachers have commented about it. There has also been a huge improvement in the way they act towards their Father and I… The change in respect towards us is nothing short of unbelievable. Mike and his staff are kind, compassionate people. It is obvious that they care about each student and want them to succeed. We are so glad to be part of such an awesome, family oriented dojo. My kids have been doing karate here with sensei Mike for the past year he is a great instructor and has had a great impact on them in school and in there life he is great with the kids and is a dedicated instructor everyone at red dragon has been very nice and welcoming I would recommend them to anyone my kids enjoy coming here everyday and they love there instructors they deserve there five star review…

First I want to say hats off to this instructors. All positive things in regards to self building and discipline. Ive seen tremendous strides with my son sticking to the program. Im not sure what the other reviews are talking about. The staff is amazing and I didnt see a cow in the front. But I would pay more if there was a petting zoo while I wait. Thank you red Dragon.

Front desk staff always kind and professional. Sensi Mike is great with my daughter and other students. Although young, Sensi Jessica L. is a great teacher and positive influence.

This dojo has been great for my son. They are supportive, encouraging and never make him feel that he can’t do well. Mike and his staff have been fantastic role models for my son, showing him that if stays focused he will be a success. The whole experience has helped him tremendously in school and in dealing with other kids.

Sensei Mike has instructed my family for over 2 years now. His patience, diligence, and knowledge has been a real confert and benefit to my family! Sensei Mike truly puts heart and dedication into his students. I appreciate someone that loves what they do and has a real passion for instucting and encouraging others in their own personal growth! My son has been a member of Red Dragon karate for almost 4 years now and it has been an amazing experience for him. Sensei Mike and his crew are great with kids. My son is healthy and more focused than ever. Highly recommended for kids and parents alike.

My kids attended this location for two years and this summer we took them out for an education program in another state. They keept on withdrawing the auto payments and when i called they assured me that it will be refunded within two weeks. The week after they charged my account again and now they said that the the system is updated and i will get the refund for both months within two weeks and this was in July. Today is December 26, i called their office 27 times so far and every time it is the same story «the refund is in process and you will be refunded the money within two weeks». They take my cell phone number everytime and guarantee that someone will call me and no one calls.

We just switched studios and this is by far an excellent karate class.
Class is extremely well structured. The kids are focused. Sensi Mike does a great job of keeping there attention.
There is a lot of enthusiam from the teachers and parents alike. Lots of support after every child presents his set.
Parents are informed after every class of current happenings and belt testing dates.
The confidence my son has gained from Karate and my well being of his safety is priceless.
Studio is well kept up and very clean.
We were sent a Thank-​You card a newletter when we joined the studio. Very professional.
