Employee and manager are very professional, work in timely manner, and have excellent customer service. They always are able to Order tires, and get within hours or day. Prices are good. I like that the shop is open on Sunday.

An oil change should be simple, right? I called ahead and asked about bringing the car in for an oil change once and they said they didn’t have time. I called again and asked and they said to bring it in in the afternoon would be no problem. When I arrived I was told they couldn’t take my car. And then they made excuses, explaining it’s like a doctor’s office. I told them I wasn’t impressed. The answer? «We’re not trying to impress you.» REALLY??? How about making a bad impression??? The backtracked and said they could take the car, but it probably wouldn’t be until 7. It was 4 pm. I left with the manager wishing me a sarcastic, «Have a nice day, Ma’aam.» And that’s why we have Unilocal! I went to Midas. And I don’t plan on getting my tires there again — even though I’ve bought tires there many times over the years. Customer service is at an all-time low these days. I really can’t IMAGINE why anyone would treat a loyal customer in that way — excuse me, I mean a formerly loyal customer. Oh, and I do plan to go somewhere to let the nitrogen out and use regular air so I can go anywhere now. From reading another review, I see the problem is that they changed owner ship. I remember Dave being the manager and it was much better then.

Finding my tire flat on a Sunday was not a good thing, but these folks were open and I needed help. I left the car with them for the better part of the day and they did find and patch two holes in my tire. Then they told me there was no charge, which I found both thoughtful and customer friendly. I don’t think I’d be happy leaving a car for a day over a tire patch in most situations, but on a weekend it worked out. They were friendly and even let me hover while they worked, which I find interesting. There was no attempt at upsell, by the way. I would likely go back for minor issues, especially pertaining to wheels and tires.

I took my car here to get the tires rotated. It took 2 hours and the employees told me that I needed brakes, belts, battery, and various fluid flushes totaling about $ 1000 in parts and labor. This sounded suspicious so I got another opinion at another shop only to find that I didn’t need any of that! On top of that THEYDIDN’T EVENROTATEMYTIRES!
