I enjoy going to this place on a whim, I’ll sometimes find what I’m looking for and the prices are decent. It’s always pretty clean and everything organized. The downside they’ll always give you a hard time when returning a product and its not handicapped friendly to get to their 2nd floor. There’s no elevator only stairs kinda hard if you have a stroller, wheelchair, foot injury etc… I tried returning a pair of shoes about 12 days l ater because they inseams were seriously painful and wasn’t sure if it was a manufacturer issue or specifically that pair of shoes, so when I tried to exchange them the lady had no intention in trying to help, I had thrown the receipt away and the box since I was planning to keep them, we’ll she refused to try looking it up with the card I paid with, or my point card(since I had used 10 $ of my rewards there), or through a transaction number even if I had called my card company, she said she needed a paper I asked if I got it emailed could I print it there and she said no. I called headquarters when I came home and was helped right away my receipt was found through my rewards card and emailed right away. The operators name was Emma and she just helped me step by step on how to return the shoes; I went back and the same girl was there though she wasn’t happy she exchanged them. That’s all I wanted to do in the first place. Thanks headquarters and I suggest better customer service attention from this particular cashier, you can’t fool a retail employee.

Brought my little sister here for her school shoes and prices are decent she wanted converse and they are cheaper here than anywhere else that I’ve seen cool little spot and convenient if you don’t want to go to the mall.

WSS is the worst shoe store I been into for a long time. I came across a groupon deal over the weekend while I was in the store. Decided to use the 50% off(spend $ 15 and get $ 30) one for this store while the other WSS had my other pair shoes I wanted. I went ahead bought that for other store to use 30% off(spend $ 70 and get $ 100) While I was making the transaction the lady behind the counter mention they had rewards cards, if I spend $ 200 worth of items I get $ 10 off towards it. I thought the lady swiped my reward card towards the transaction. When I came home, I noticed there wasn’t any pts. I went into store today, to see if I’m able get the pts put on my reward card and the management team stating since I used the Groupon they won’t able help me unless I pay full price for the shoes. Wish Unilocal had negative stars… I would def give them that. Be aware using groupon, you think you save $$ but the headache not worth it.

I felt the itch to buy a new pair of Nikes(Cortez, if you must know) and knew I’d score a pair here. I had wandered in before looking for a different style I had seen online, but found out online offers aren’t always in-store(duh, shoulda known) However, I was pleasantly surprised to find they had another style I had been searching for forever! The man who rang me up was a pleasure to work with and I also presented him with a Unilocal coupon of «10 dollars off a 50 dollar purchase or more». The two times I’ve gone in, I’ve always been greeted in a friendly manner. The store itself is clean as a whistle and though there may be some screaming children, it’s definitely a place Id recommend to friends if they were lookng for your old school or traditional footwear.

I was also pleasantly surprised at the vast variety of clothing offered here, i always thought it was just a shoe store. They don’t have my size in shoes, I wear a high size in womens, but they had a lot of lower sizes(under 10). The store is obviously geared towards teenagers and I didn’t think they would have any plus size clothing but they had a loooot. In the back of the first story there are clearance racks, there’s more clearance racks than actual racks of really nice and cute clothes. They’re incredibly cheap as well.

I definitely would’ve never thought to come here before I bought a Groupon for them but I’ve got to say, I was pleasantly surprised. They have a fairly decent selection and the prices for no name brands are outstanding. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time my dog decides to tear through another pair of my high heels.

This place surprised me with how many cool things they have! Girls clothes is no name brand(just like at the little stores at the mall) and you can find blouses anywhere from $ 5 to $ 15. theres 3 big sale racks with different shirts but it’s hard to find more than one size in each style because it’s very selected(kind of like Ross). Men’s clothing is upstairs and their prices are average for the brand name things and the no brand are cheap. Shoes are average price as well. but I did notice the boys converse are actuallly a little cheaper than other places, $ 29.99 compared to $ 35-$ 40. This is a cool spot to drop by at if you are in the area.

My friends in the restaurant industry have always relied on WSS to sell comfortable, skid-resistant, and not hideous restaurant approved footwear. When I started bartending I knew there was only one place to go to get my shoes: WSS. What I wasn’t expecting was trendy clothing at righteous prices. I bought a black pleather jacket that makes me look like I go vroom on my yamaha. I also got some red leggings, and I receive way too much male attention every time I wear them. Who knew WSS was a one-stop shop for career and romantic life? Like the terminator, I’ll be back.
