It was very good. Took a star off because we were attacked by seagulls violently. 5⁄5 would recommend burrito. Sub avocado for meat for free. Good.

Great Location! They have WIFI which is awesome to enjoy the waves and get some work done. I ordered the Coconut Coffee and it was VERY sweet! And a bit pricey. Recommend getting half the sweetness if you aren’t looking for a sugar high. The food looked amazing and smelled delicious. My friend got the steak and cheese which was smothered in onions, peppers, and cheese and said it was great!

Cap n crunch French toast was delicious. I faced the waves while eating. Coffee price a bit high, $ 3 for large. There is an upstairs deck. Breakfast wraps were large. Very casual. A good find.

Is this still owned by Isabel’s Cantina or is it a new owner? Either way — OMG this is good food and coffee! I came here the day after I moved back to San Diego and it reinvigorated my love for the beach and this area. My friend and I had a coffee and both got a breakfast burrito. The burritos were prepared to perfection and the coffee was really good. You can’t beat the view and there seemed to be easy seating even though the place was packed. This is going to be my staple go-to for breakfast now.

The best breakfast I’ve had. Get the Cali scramble other beans. YUM. The lattes are fabulous and sitting by the water just makes the whole experience amazing. Wish there was a Woodys in Fort Collins.

Great spot to watch people on the boardwalk. Love me some San Diego Sunrise Coffee. Food is ok, the kitchen is a little slow.

The BEST! I found Woody’s kind of by accident when I was walking along the boardwalk. I ordered the eggs, sausage and rosemary roasted potatoes. Wow I think it is the best breakfast I have ever had and I have eaten out at many places before. Those rosemary roasted potatoes were so delicious I can’t wait to go back again. Really amazing!

I really don’t know what I was expecting when going to grab some breakfast at Woody’s. This place sits right off the boardwalk in Pacific Beach and they definitely have a great location for you to sit, enjoy some coffee and food while taking in the view. The parking situation around here is rather bad with pretty much no spots any time of the day, so parking across the street is more than likely what you’ll end up doing. Woody’s is a simple little shack with a kitchen and an ordering window. The place has the total«hole in the wall» vibe to it. They definitely go for the budget experience when handing you disposable plates and forks for your food. Here they serve breakfast and lunch all day long along with an extensive coffee menu( ). They offer espresso drinks as well as several different flavors of drip coffee. They were running a special for some pumpkin pancakes for the fall season, which was displayed on their chalk board. I always get some eggs for breakfast, so I ordered some eggs and bacon on the side. Once the bill came up, I was quite taken back by the crazy price of $ 17 for hotcakes, eggs, bacon and coffee. While waiting for my food, I found a table and cleaned off the chair which was soaked in water, guess they don’t take the time to do this in the morning. When the food finally came, I was quite surprised at what it even looked like. The pumpkin pancakes( ) looked like no pancakes I’ve ever seen before. They were thin layers of hotcakes that were burnt badly. You could definitely taste the pumpkin in them but they had a very unusual taste. The texture of the pancakes were very dense, dry, and cardboard-like while chewing them. These literally had to be the worst pancakes I’ve ever eaten, EVER. I don’t even really think they qualify as pancakes more than just thin cardboard burnt dough cakes. The cook had a major issue at even keeping them round. The scrambled eggs( ) had a weird brownish tint to them, like they don’t bother to even clean their grill or pan. The greasy taste to them was very off-putting. The bacon was very disappointing as well; it almost seemed as they cooked it the night before and simply warmed it up for this morning. Overall the meal here was a complete utter wash; I really don’t like to waste food but I didn’t even bother to finish half of it. My expectations for this place may have been a little too high by looking at the reviews from other people on Unilocal.Maybe the cook wasn’t doing too well this day or what. But the quality of food here was quite horrendous for me. What upset me the most about all of it is the prices for food in no way reflects what you’re getting; maybe it’s the beach tax. Sure you have a great place right off the water to enjoy a meal, but it’s hard to enjoy when it tastes like this. The only thing they got right here was the coffee, the coffee was great stuff but I’d skip on the food.

Yes, the ocean side seating is great, but the food isn’t… Had the fish tacos(grilled ono) and they were flavorless and the portions were so small. My friend and I finished that in less than 5 minutes and awkwardly sat around for others to finish their food… Not worth $ 10 for two skimpy tacos… My other friends seemed content with their burritos though… if I’m ever back, I’ll get that.

I come here all the time to sit outside, people watch, and enjoy the views. I love it here because it’s nothing but good vibes! They have great music playing, chill seating, and espresso drinks and smoothies. The burgers look great, but I mainly come here to enjoy an iced something and relax.

Ordered the KT Acai bowl which was $ 7 and the worst ever! Tasted watered down and found a big black hard thing looked like a rock the waitress said it was frozen Acai, decided to remake it for me. Strawberries had dirt stuck on them and overall just gross!

Got forgotten about in the breakfast line. Waited 45 min for an acaii bowl that was soup by the time I received it

We were looking for a breakfast place. This had 1 dollar sign so we liked that! The line was long though. Pretty much the whole time were there it as pretty long. They do not serve the lunch menu until 12 so keep that in mind. They have pretty sweet coffee options. Iced is a little more expensive but is totally worth it on a hot day. I ordered the green flash which has peppermint with chocolate sauce however I requested white chocolate sauce instead. I actually didn’t taste a hint of peppermint but that was fine because it was good. I am a sweet coffee type of girl. I wanted to order the spicy chicken sandwich but didn’t realize they didn’t have the full menu all day long. So I went with the carne asada burrito. It was pretty big burrito with this green salsa. The salsa was really good with it and the burrito included potatoes, beans, carne asada, eggs and(cheese I think). It was pretty good but I am from Arizona and a carne asada burrito is pretty different since we are right next to Mexico(which I understand so is San Diego, but it is just different). Not bad but not what I am used to. They also have a deck upstairs that has a nice beach view. It is pretty small, it can seat roughly 12 – 14 people upstairs. But the line was so long people had time to finish their meal so tables would open up.

Another one of those«great view, okay food» type of places. Definitely a tourist hot spot. Maybe I just made a wrong ordering decision but the club sandwich as a wrap, I could’ve gotten the same thing from 7⁄11. Pretty view though, but that doesn’t make up for the average food.

Great food, huge portions, great location! Only reason I gave 4 stars is because they don’t have a place to wash your hands. So bring purel or something.

This place is awesome if you want a good quick breakfast on the beach. The view is perfect and you sit right on the boardwalk. I always order the gidget, it’s just a simple breakfast sandwich, but that cheese is so good. The coffee at this place is also really good. I usually sit at the bar that faces the water, but feel drawn to the couch looking benches. I think next time if I want to relax on the beach, I’ll try lounging there. I have also had the fish tacos at Woody’s and they were really good. It’s fun to take your food to go and find a spot in the sand to eat. I’m looking forward to going back to try the burger. This is also a spot on the beach that has wifi. I always see people doing work while eating and hanging out. If I’m ever in the area and I need to do some computing, this is where I’ll go. The food is great and you can’t beat the view/people watching.

The coffee, tea, smoothies, and breakfast food is all pretty average. It’s the location that makes this place so wonderful. There is really no better place to have a coffee and people watch on the boardwalk in Pacific Beach. There is a counter right on the boardwalk, an upstairs, and some couches for lounging and tables for eating. All have a full ocean view. Such a cool spot to take a coffee break in PB.

Came here on a Saturday morning at 8:30 am. Parking sucks, but it’s PB. We parked nearby in the underground parking area, I think the sign said $ 4 for the 1st hr, $ 8 for 2 hours. When we left we only paid $ 2.00… You order and pay at the window, they give you a number, then they bring you your food. I ordered an iced latte and got it right away while I was paying. Was a little discourage at how long the line was already at 8:30 am, but it moved pretty fast and food was served pretty quick as well. We ordered: — 2 iced lattes, coconut vanilla iced latte and the other one had the word dream in the title, I can’t remember what it was exactly, chocolate too in it — acai bowl — one of the breakfast burritos(not sure which one again because it wasn’t my dish, but it looked really good) — Cap N Crunch French Toast — Rosemary potatoes THEFRENCHTOASTWASTHEBESTFRENCHTOAST I EVERHAD. It was made with Brioche bread and cooked with Cap N Crunch cereal… the girls agreed with me in that it was really really good. The potatoes were also amazing. I am usually not a fan of Rosemary potatoes, but these ones were crispy and just the right amount of rosemary. The potato chunks could have been smaller, but I’d definitely order them again!
