While one isn’t entitled to world-class service at a pretzel kiosk, the service from most of the employees at this location is absolutely abysmal. Most menu items were readily available which was a plus however my friend literally had to ask the cashier with the gauges if she was ready to take her order after an awkward and unnecessary 10 seconds of awkward, silent staring. She apathetically blurted«Yeah» in which my friend was taken aback. I guess the cashier wasn’t able to pronounce«How could I help you today?» with a smile. She also could not comprehend how to reload receipt paper(hint: the roll was backwards) which should’ve have granted us a free meal but her derogatoriness made me careless about it. The young woman delegating the pick-up window was also extremely brash. The young gentleman with the spiffy hair that was expediting the food was the only one in the entire team kind enough to smile despite the catastrophe surrounding him. The other two women could learn some entry-level kindness from him. While we didn’t take this 3 minute experience personally, the fact that we experienced that much attitude in such a small amount of time left a distaste in our mouths that overpowered the sweetness of our Cinna-bitz.

Very handy location in the UTC mall but the service was TERRIBLE. The smell is what drew me in to get some pretzel bites. It took a while for someone to come over and take my order and then both employees acted like it was a huge imposition for me to even be ordering something. Two girls/women were working that day so it wasn’t as though they were understaffed or even busy. I think this place needs to do a better job of its screening employees.

So me and my boyfriend tried to buy pretzels and were told they are not selling any, when THERES A PILEOFPRETZELSRIGHTINFRONTOFUS. There were FOURPEOPLE employees with barely any customers. We watched from a corner and saw the guys ignoring the customers, looking at the customer and snarking away. Huge attitude! Extremely unprofessional! We walked away and we looked back and saw there was a line of people. Why were they not selling for 10 minutes? You cant do that. A mexican guy was on the register until I stepped in and switched with a younger shorter asian guy who was laid back. The employees were definitely avoiding us and some of the customers. This is the most upsetting wetzel pretzel I have ever came across. These men or boys do not represent the company is professional and lively manner. I am taking this to the corps.

UTC Wetzels Pretzel refused to sell pretzels even though they had plenty of the original salted on display(which is the one I wanted.) Then a lady walked up to the stand and bought something. Makes no sense whatsoever and I came to the mall just for a pretzel. 3 guys working, all laughing and joking with each other while customers stand just waiting to be denied a damn pretzel. P. S. their names are Jose and Juan.

They closed 45min early and weren’t willing to make anything. Of course they’re more than willing to sell you some sauce or a warm drink of lemonade. Look for my picture as they had nothing & the place looked ready for the employees to leave early. Maybe they had a hot date… doubtful. I feel for the owner or this shop as they certainly won’t make money with this«all-star» crew.

Long service and unfriendly, the snark as mentioned early is true and I wish people would at least say hello.

We showed up here maybe a half hour to closing. Hubby had just accompanied me during a 1.5+ hour long Victoria Secret shopathon(with our little dog too…) and he was totally wiped out(READ: bored outta his mind and starving) and so we dropped by to grab a pretzel. They didn’t have any more original pretzels, and wouldn’t be making any fresh ones, as they were cleaning up(but there were still 30 minutes left til closing…). They only had the pizza ones left so we got hubby one of those. The taste was ok, seemed like it’d been sitting under the heat lamp for a bit too long. And the«whatev» attitude from the guy taking our order was not necessary. If he’d been polite about not making any new pretzels, we wouldn’t have minded, we’d have understood. But the snark was not appreciated.

I just ordered original pretzel very salty rather than getting one that was pre made since none had salt on them and I didn’t want mine brushed with butter. After about 7 to 10 minutes the pretzel arrived nice and hot. Things looks good. I took a bite and discovered that the pretzel was very bread like and as I proceeded to eat it and walk through the mall it became apparent that it was more and more doughy as I got to the thicker part of the pretzel. I’m just going to take the rest of it home and rebake it later. This is so far from what a pretzel is in New York, nothing at all like a real pretzel in Germany. They need to tryi a little bit harder. They need to put a little more wetzlel in their pretzel.

Boyfriend brought these for me today and I didnt really like how gooey the dough tasted. I like the salt amount and the fact that pretzel was hot but its nothing special

Who doesn’t love the smell of warm cinnamon sugar and baked bread? Every now and then, I would crave everything bad for me — refined sugar, oil/butter, processed bread. Thank you Wetzel’s Pretzels for being my carb-loading day best friend. Almond crunch is a fave… caramel dip is a weakness!

There’s a kiosk stand right in front of Macy’s and Red Robin. I love their pretzels, especially dipped in their cheese. It cost me $ 5.05 for pretzel bites and a cheese dip, but it fully satisfied my pretzel craving for the day.

Yum! So happy Wetzel’s Pretzels has come to this mall. We always get the pretzel bites, lightly salted, with jalepeno cheese. DELISH. I used to love the tomato sauce but recently I’ve been finding that its too acidic; it might be the tomatoes they have been using or it may just be me… not sure.

Latest mall craving… Cheese Dogs! This satisfies my shopaholic exhaustion every time I go to UTC. Gotta stop here and at Starbucks and I can shop and not drop the whole day. I like jalapeño and I would get the jalapeño cheese dog, but the only problem is that the jalapenos are not incorporated into the dough so it’s just sitting on top by itself and some bites I will get a whole jalapeño and others don’t have any at all. I prefer consistency. So the cheese dog is the best way to go to fill up my stomach in order to keep filling my shopping bags.

Their pretzels are too salty. I will say that one item really redeems their business: the cinnamon sugar pretzel with frosting for dipping. Yum! It’s similar to a churro, but I can’t say it’s any better or worse. I like it because it is soft and pulls apart like a soft doughy pretzel and the outside is liberally coated in cinnamon sugar. The frosting comes warm and gooey in a sauce cup for you to dip in. Wow. So good! Everyone should try it when they’re craving something sweet and warm. Goes great with coffee.

Wetzel Pretzel has a very special place in my heart. I crave and crave upon crave their delicious jalapeño dog and this place doesn’t disappoint. It is a bit small and guarded but the workers are delightful and even though i went late one evening they made what i wanted fresh and fast! I will definitely be back soon and if i catch even a wiff of their delectable scent i’ll be running there.
