Wellness From Within

I scheduled my session with Jessica for this past weekend. I woke up on Saturday and felt like poop– pun intended. I was bloated, grumpy, felt like my rectum was ready to go but stuck like a damn. I recently went on the start of a massive weight loss journey to loose 110 pounds! This meant I came off of some pain killers (horrible back injury), changed my diet completely (no red meat, bread, processed foods, etc), and stopped all caffeine intake.
I called first and LVM, but then decided to text her as well just to see if she could squeeze me in (again pun intended). She text back and was able to fit me in as her last client @ 6pm (again, thanks!). I went and had no idea what to expect other than smell, fear and a tube in my rectum.
Surprisingly, the experience was way different– except there was still a tube in my rectum! There was no smell, it was clean and peaceful, almost like a spa. I was the only one there with Jessica and she welcomed me with a hug. She told me about her background and what made her become an expert with colon health. She then walked me through the process and the feelings that I would be encountering.
Your system flushes through and you can see everything coming out of your body– almost like a view finder in real time. Kinda gross yet… kinda like you have accomplished something. The deeper the cleanse the harder the material she was able to flush out of my system.
Afterwards I lost some weight, but mostly felt amazing. My liver detoxed some, my colon emptied out a lot of excess crap (again, pun intended), and I could feel the results immediately. I didn’t do much afterwards but relax.
The following day I did my usual workout but sweated more than ever! It was amazing and it felt great! I have two more sessions pre-​scheduled/​booked with her. Such a great find in this neighborhood.

I’ve already been 3 times and it just gets easier and easier every time. Every time I leave I feel like I have a skip in my step and that I’m so clean from the inside out! I have energy and I just want to stay on the healthy track.
This type of cleansing has been happening since biblical days and is something that everyone should do. Your livelihood depends on it.

Im writing this review on Welness From Within because I have had a wonderful experience getting colonics. At first I was a little shy about going in, but come on I’m a tmi girl! So for a year or so I’ve been told by Jessica the technician here about the ins and outs of number 2 and I love it. I feel so light and fresh after wards, I crave vegetables. It’s amazing to think of all the things that get removed from your body, plus you get to see it go by. I have even tried it after drinking all night and what do you know I was good as new afterwards.
It’s super calming inside and quiet. I’m high strung and talk the whole time, but Jessica is easy to talk to, and funny.
If you want to lose weight, be less bloated, or restart your body and clean yourself out, get a colonic.
