Met Dr. Jay through a mutual friend. After my first adjustment, the tightness I had in a small section of my lower back was already 50% better. The second adjustment proved to be more helpful. Now, three adjustments later, I believe that I’m a few more adjustments closer to permanent relief. I was amazed at his procedure, no cracking, twisting that I’ve experienced with traditional chiropractors. Thank you Dr. Jay.
I highly recommend Dr. Jay because of what he’s done for me and because he’s a great guy.

I just adore Dr. Jay. He has to be one of the nicest people on the planet! My son and I have been getting adjustments from him for about 2 years now and I always feel better afterward. He’s helped with headaches, tight neck and back, misaligned hips, knees, sports injuries, and general well-​being.
His ‘light touch’ technique works perfectly for my son. My son know even asks to get an adjustment! I highly recommend Dr. Jay.

My family has been getting adjusted by Dr. Jay for over 5 years now, including my little dog! You really think I would let just anyone adjust my baby? hell no… lol…if you are an athlete you need to get adjusted by this Doc… no excuses… I have been getting adjustments for over 20 years now and I have gone to all the rack and crack doctors and believe me he is simply light years ahead of them all… thank you for taking such great care of my family!

Dr. Jay and Tiara are wonderful. A few years ago, I was in tremendous pain and his adjustments and emotional support were integral to my recovery. Since then, my husband and my two children have also benefitted from visits to Dr. Jay. He and Tiara are so warm and caring, we all feel more relaxed and refreshed as soon as we walk in the door.

I was initially very skeptical about chiropractic help but I had a volleyball injury in my shoulder and regular physical therapy did nothing. In six visits Dr. Jay had my shoulder working property and now I have no doubts. Their office is a peaceful place to visit and now, whenever I’m in pain, I don’t hesitate to schedule an appointment.

Wellness is the right name for this place. Dr. Jay knows just the right touch to make me well or keep me well. I’ve been completely comfortable taking my 84 yo mother or my 10 yo daughter here because of Dr. Jay’s tender touch. I can tell when there’s a migraine on the way and I never get one if I can get to Dr. Jay first.
His ability to find and open the path to healing and wellness is amazing. It doesn’t hurt that he uses technology to really focus his process, but the most important tool is the gift Dr. Jay and Tiara have as healers.
