I have been pleased every single time!!! Turkey meat balls, fish, salads, eggs… So many great options and so nice to have ready meals to come home to after a long day… Also bring meals to work… and avoid to eat unhealthy stuff!

I have been ordering 5 meals per week from Fernanda for just over 4 months and the food is fresh, amazing, healthy and has actually improved all my key metrics that my doctor has been monitoring such as LPL, HDL and a few other abbreviated health metrics.
About the food: Each dish has a variety of different ingredients and the menu is updated weekly for you to choose from.
Fernanda also caters to my work in Downtown San Diego once a week for a group of 40 hungry 20 — 40 year old’s and everybody loves it!

There are a few times in life when I’m impressed with meal prep food and this is one of them. I have tried almost every single one in San Diego and Viva Foods by far has me for life. The food is always fresh and tastes amazing with so many healthy seasonings and it fits my meal plan! I do bodybuilding and have a strict diet but Viva Foods makes it possible to eat healthy food that is still packed with flavor. It’s what keeps me healthy and fit!!!

I’ve tried 4 different meal delivery services over the last few years and Viva foods is by far THE BEST. Here’s why:
