I loved living here. The condos are very spacious, some of the biggest to find in the area for great pricing.
–The gym is small, but not busy. Was able to take full advantage of it. I wish there would be some upgrades/​radio/​or hook up for music.
–Grounds are nice, plenty of sitting areas and fountians
–Location is AMAZING! Tons around. Restaurants, bars, harbor, shopping. Events always happening in the area.
–Condos, The ones I have seen, Granite counters, high end custom tile floors, nice appliances, balconies
–Some units with views of the ocean.
Grills would be a great addition to the complex, plenty of room.
