My review is just for the building, actually I was not sure if they still sell fruits to the supermarkets and for the research I have done, the boxes inside this cute little house have a real purpose: bringing fruits and veggies to our table via your local market. I have just passed zillion times by here and always counting the days until East Village rampant modernization will get rid of this corner of history. Check that vintage signage and don’t tell me is not cool. And those windows that bring you to Andalusia. This building looks like an anachronism in the heart of Downtown, and maybe that is the reason why I like it. Totally Instagram worthy.
