READBEFOREYOUWRITE A REVIEW. If I could give them zero stars, I would — only how the bosses treat their employees. You guys don’t even know what these employees are going through at all. I don’t blame them at all for shitty customer service. I know a few of the employees. I know at least one person each from ALL the university cleaners. Okay first of all, this place controls many store locations. This store here? It’s one of the main stores. The other university cleaners, without the machines, brings their customer clothes over here to have them washed. So if you LOST an item, it’s most likely at the other cleaners. No one is stealing your expensive ass clothes that no one cares about. Second of all, the workers that work here? They’ve been through a lot, so give them a break. Try having a boss that doesn’t give a shit about you, we’ve all been through that, right? So if you’ve all dealt with bad customer service here, move on. You know what they say with bad bosses? Bad boss treating employees poorly = bad customer service. So if you got a problem with your clothes, ask to speak to the boss. And last of all, they are not responsible for your lost garments or anything. YOU are responsible to take that out yourself. It’s probably missing elsewhere. There are thousands of clothes coming in and out. It gets pretty hectic. These ladies have been working here for so long. So I get why they don’t want to bother dealing with missing items or customer’s issues. They’ve been through it so long and they all know how it usually ends up like. So if you want to avoid with their shitty customer service when you have a problem, TALKTOTHEIRBOSS.

JUST walked out of here. Few days ago, I dropped off some dress clothes and spent a good 30 mins talking with the kind young lady of a pair of pants that are brand new with a stain. I picked up today and theyre LOST! I asked whats their lost n found protocol, the two older ladies teamed up and either didn’t understand me or just didn’t care RUDELY telling me if the slip matched the garment no. there’s nothing they do. Customer service was TERRIBLE! They honestly didn’t care. I left a description of the pants on a piece of paper I HADTOASKFOR. The manner in which they handled things were unacceptable. I’ll be following up this week, but by the way the women walked away from me I doubt they’ll even try.

I’ve been using this dry cleaners for at least 7 or 8 years and have always gotten really good service. I think they changed owners a couple of years ago but the service stayed, AAA+ University Cleaners has low prices, have never lost any my garments and to save money on some of my dry cleaning, occasionally I wash my garments before I take them in and they press them for a lower reduced cost. To my knowledge, they do not tailor. The people there are always very polite and friendly.

DONOTGOHERE!!! Horrible!!! Asked them to press and starch a brand new shirt for my wedding. Shirt returned with wrinkles everywhere, front, back, sleeves. Worst of all she wouldnt correct problem and blamed the fabric like other reviewers have also posted. Really??? A cotton shirt? How hard is it? Never coming back!.you get what you pay i guess.

I was loyal to University Cleaners for many years, mainly because of the price and location, but I’m through with them. They’ve ruined too many of my dress shirts and the ironing is terrible. I’ll found somewhere else that is just a tad more expensive but the quality is infinitely better. I just won’t go back.

I Do NOT recommend this place they lost men’s shirt & new Ann Taylor suit. I’m so sad and mad. They have no problem resolution, won’t even check just deny & barely speak English. They don’t even deserve 1 star!!!

Good prices and next day turnaround time. Have been there 3 or 4 times. One of the shirts(out of maybe 6 or 7) was not ironed very well when I went once is my only complaint.

Have been going there many years. Keep going as on a whole they do a decent job for the price. All that I have read by others is true, both good and bad. Smiles are rare but when the do come a big surprise. They have lost some things and even ruined some things and their attitude not really great in trying to resolve the issues. And they do not accept credit cards as noted in Unilocal… cash and local checks only.

Love this place. Great prices, fast on-site services. They’ve never lost anything, never damaged anything and have very convenient hours. Five stars as far as cleaners go=they do what they do well.
