We have our big move to Michigan this weekend and Randy was awesome with booking, accommodating, making the process easy, helpful, friendly, and down to earth! My husband usually finds more cut and dry (in the worst way possible) people running storage and moving businesses, but he had absolutely no complaints. We are packed up … Selected the U-​Box and are ready for the cross country roadtrip and we have no worries about our stuff. Randy keeps a close eye on the boxes and trucks, which really helped a lot not having to lock everything every time we left.
Great customer service… you get your bang for your buck!
