I am very disappointed with this business. I wanted to support Liz, the owner of the biz. But every time she was twenty minutes late and twice was a no show. I have since been asking for my money back for months now with no response other than I’ll think about it and it’s not really my policy. seriously? Is it your policy to stand clients up and keep them waiting? I think it’s time for the BBB to think about it. It’s sad… she’s a smart, capable woman, but doesn’t seem to care much for customer service.

This is a low budget operation. After scheduling an appointment on line with their scheduling service Schedulicity no one showed up at the salon at my appointment time. When the owner finally called me 30 minutes later she said I must have«screwed up». In fact the scheduling service showed an opening for an appointment at both 9 am and 9:30 am. She said that was impossible as she had another appointment at 10 am. Rather than make good on the mistake and reschedule me for the service she refused me service and told me to get my money back.
