Tom is great! I have had a few trainers. I could tell Tom had more knowledge than any of them. He is fun and the results are amazing! I would suggest him if you really want to make some serious progress.

Great training and motivation by Tom. He lets you know what muscle you are working, how, and why, which shows his knowledge, and he lets you know what to eat down to the percent. If you want to get strong and lean, go with Tom. He’ll make you sore and workout muscles you didn’t even know existed, all in relatively good time.

I always had that little bit of extra fat on my body that I couldn’t seem to get rid of. I worked out and ate healthy, or so I thought. Then I met Tom. I could tell he was knowledgeable about health and fitness just by our first conversation. He proved it to me when he modified my diet(while continuing my regular workout routine) and helped me go from 19% to 14% body fat in only 2 months’ time! I never would have thought I could lose that extra 5% body fat in such a short amount of time! Not only was I happy about the fat loss, but I also had increased energy and felt great!
