I found The Rock by chance and they solved all of my counter problems. Laura is fantastic. Absolutely willing to help and full of ideas but never pushy. She can take your problems and turn them into a design opportunity. She put me in touch with a good crew for the installation and helped out even after I had purchased the marble I needed and was basically done purchasing goods. They are a great company to work with — everyone I spoke to at the Rock was pleasant and helpful.

I have know the Songers for a few years. They are hard working for all their clients. Laura is fantastic at helping achieve the look and design desired. She is even better at seeing the vision of what can be based on listening to her clients. I know that in my Real Estate business she is the first person I call when I know my clients need help with their homes and remodeling.

I was directed to the Rock by my contractor. I only wish that I had visited sooner. Laura really gave me a direction to go in with the two bathrooms that I was remodeling from scratch. I appreciated her spending time with me and helping me create a vision even after I had already picked out tiles from another location. I had gone to The Rock Prefab in search of vanity tops, but she offers so much more. Start here and you won’t need to visit any other tile or countertop stores!
There was a slight mistake on our order, but Laura went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the look and feel of my final project. She clearly knows what excellent customer service is all about and I only wish that I had more projects to work on so that I could go back to her. I told my contractor to have his new clients go to her at the beginning. She had lots of pictures and samples for me to look which was very helpful.
She is warm and creative. Thanks Laura and the Rock. I’ll post pictures when the job is complete… only a few more days to go!!!

Laura Songer is the most amazing designer in the business. She takes your ideas to the next level. She is thoughtful, skilled and full of energy. She has gone out of her way to make my home, and several others much better than we ever could have expected. I recommend working with them to everyone I meet.
