My friends just purchased a condo in this hidden down town gem. It’s tucked away on a hill side but still has amazing views. A hop skip and jump from any luxury you may need. Could use a paint job on the exterior of the building and the HOA should really re-do all of the patios but I am sure that will happen soon. If you’re looking for a great investment property, you should start here.

Park at 10^th is a great place to live! It’s quiet, it’s close to Balboa, little Italy, gas lamp, seaport village and petco park. Our unit has very living spaces for a downtown condo which is nice and there is twice a week maintenance on the building! Everyone in the building is very nice!
