Simply put, HORRIBLE. Jay will promise the sun and never deliver. Gave them four accounts, they lost paperwork on one and did not update us in four months, never responded to inquires, and became hostile when pushing further on inquires… still not responded to to date. Further Web searches found one accusation of a scam where they took a clients $ 1000 and never followed back, and have four Better Business Bureau complaints lodged against them for never responding to clients inquires. Got so bad that I had to reach out to the FBI to protect the proprietary information of the people I was trying to collect debts from out of concern. Piss poor overall. Seriously. do not engage them for service! Would give them zero stars if I could.
