I got hacked this morning and Mark had appointments, but he still managed to get back to me post haste (not sure how he did it, I think he «snuck out to go to the bathroom» so that he could call me :).
Bottom line, in a situation like that, when someone has temporary control of your email and contacts, time is of the essence, and Mark made sure he got back to me ASAP to give me all of the steps necessary to get my account back, eliminate any potential future damage, eliminate potential viruses and malware, and even assist me in restoring my Contacts directory (over 1,700 disappeared, which would have horrendous to try and restore).
Crappy day to start with to be sure, but thanks to Mark’s timely response, all is now well!!!
