Misty was great! I’m not gonna lie, I get a fair amount of massage therapy and really like a lot pressure and to feel «worked over». I went in with allergy and sinus issues and Misty tailored my massage to help relieve the pressure in my head. I feel great. i would recommend Misty as the best massage therapist in Pacific Beach. She is great at deep tissue work. Very personable and easy to talk to. I’ll be back, Misty!

Misty has expanded her business because she is in such high demand. She added Durae and I’ve been fortunate to get one of her first massages at The Healing Room. She has a very soothing touch and I felt very relaxed during the entire massage. Durae has a very nice energy about her so you should try her out for yourself. The infra red sauna is great to help get any tight muscles ready for a great massage, if you haven’t tried it yet.

Misty is undoubtably the best message therapist I have ever been to. I have multiple medical challenges which she demonstrated a clear understanding of. She was very sensitive to my needs while performing the massage. I have never received such a therapeutic massage as the one Misty gives. I immediately signed up for her 10 massage package which is a really good deal. I just wish I could give her more than 5 stars because she is wonderful!

It’s about time I got on here and wrote a review. I have been going to Misty for almost two years and absolutely adore her. I started receiving bimonthly massages when I was five months pregnant. Misty gave wonderful prenatal massages and always made sure I was comfortable and the concerned areas were targeted. Since giving birth, I have never looked back! I continue to receive massages regularly from Misty and don’t know what I’d do without them. If you are looking for ongoing massages, look into her packages. They are very reasonably priced and well worth it. Don’t look elsewhere, Misty is it!

The Healing Room is wonderful! I was visiting from New York City and (after traveling for 8 hours and eating processed foods) in need of some healing and detoxification, so I called the Healing Room based on their great reviews. I now adding mine to the great reviews as not only was Misty timely in returning my call, she have me an awesome massage and their infrared sauna is so great – as good if not better than my typical experience in NYC (which of course costs twice as much to boot). Do yourself a favor and check this little haven out.

Misty gave me an amazing 90 minute massage. I felt so relaxed after my visit with her. She recommended things I could do at home to relieve back pain which have really helped. I bought my husband a massage with her as a gift and I can’t wait for him to experience her healing hands.

I purchased the $ 75 for $ 110 Unilocal deal, and visited Misty at The Healing Room for a 90-​minute massage. I was able to schedule online, and even though I scheduled it late in the evening for an early session the next morning, Misty was able to send me a confirmation email once she received my appointment request!
The massage was wonderful! I suffer from chronic back pain, and just tightness from my different workouts. Misty did a wonderful job working with me, and finding the sore spots. She’s also great to chat with — but after a few minutes, I entered a state of relaxation and enjoyed the rest of my 90 minute massage!
After my session, Misty gave me a few tips that I can use when I start feeling the tightness in my shoulders/​neck. I really enjoyed my massage from Misty & will definitely me going back!
Also, she’s located in PB and the parking lot is limited so make sure you arrive a few minutes early. There’s some right outside of the building or on the surrounding cross-​street.

I’ve been to a lot of massage therapists over the last 10 years and Misty is hands down one of my favorites. The massages always have a perfect balance of being relaxing and therapeutic; and she really works with you to see which method (s) work best for you. I really can’t say enough good things about her!

I booked last minute with Misty. She was great. I used the sauna for 40 minutes and than a one hour massage. What a delight! I feel 10 years younger. The good part is that she offers massage packages and is a bit more affordable that way. I would definitely come back and refer her to anyone. Thank you Misty.

I have always been picky about who I go to for a body massage. Once I found Misty, I stopped trying new people and have been her client for about 7 years now. She truly is the best! Over the years, she has been very consistent with what she does… I always know she will do just as good of a job as the very 1^st time. She makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed. While I was pregnant, she would give me prenatal massage and it was wonderful! She really does have a lot of knowledge about what she does at all angles. I highly recommend Misty!!!

Misty is an amazing massage therapist. I have been her client for almost 5 years. She is certified in many styles, which she can blend into exactly what you request. I have several injuries in my spine, neck, shoulder and hip that she has helped me with after my physical therapy ran out. I send my clients to her with extremely positive feedback; they LOVE her! I also find the FAR Infrared Sauna she has as part of her spa-​like treatments have been so healing — that I even bought one myself! It is a Health Mate sauna, absolutely the best quality money can buy — and she spared no expense for her clients. Her business is in the process of moving (THIS weekend!) from Bird Rock to Pacific Beach. I think this is fantastic! The new location is much easier freeway access; although I love Bird Rock, it is a bit of a haul to drive back into that neighborhood from the freeway (sometimes it would take me 20 min!) but now I can make my appointments on my way home from work with easy access. Give Misty’s services a try, I bet you won’t regret it!
