Right off the 15 and plenty of parking, the office itself is in a business complex so it is a little hard to find. You have to bring a resume printed out with you or they won’t take you as a walk-​in applicant. I took my friend here that recently moved from another country and wanted to gain experience here in the states. Once you fill out some paperwork and meet with a recruiter they can get you a job– sometimes even that same day! (I saw other applicants taking drug tests or being asked about background checks too) My friend got a job at a medical device company and he really likes it there. Highly recommend this agency!

This place is TERRIBLE, RUDE, and INSULTING! I was waiting for my boyfriend who had an «interview» here, and after waiting for close to an hour after the scheduled appointment time, they shooed him away within 5 minutes. My boyfriend has a misdemeanor charge that had no relation to the warehouse job he was applying for, yet they still shooed him away because he’s «going to be working with other people». Well duh! If you aren’t working with other people, you better run from that job. It was complete BS. He works with other people currently for a catering company, but Eastridge didn’t care. They didn’t give him a chance to explain himself which is his right by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. For all those who are looking for that chance, stay away from this company. It’s a waste of time and effort.

Eastridge has been very helpful to me. Although the first job they assigned me to didn’t last very long my recruiter Kelsie was able to find me another job within a week! Im very grateful for the help and guidance they had provided me and would recommend any one who is serious about finding a job to give them a shot.

Better luck going elsewhere to find a job. This temp agency is a joke. Make you take all these testes and have all the interviews to low ball you just to make money in their pocket. They dont want to help anyone else but themselves.

Back when I was still job hunting (well, I still technically am, but am currently hired for the time being…), a random woman called me up claiming that she was from the Eastridge Group in Mira Mesa. She said she got my resume that I turned in (I assumed it was from Craigslist) and told me to come in and fill out some paperwork. I was a little hesitant as they were located in Mira Mesa (and the assignment was around the South County region… I live in North County), but I was very desperate at the time and figured I had nothing to lose. I told her I would be able to meet her at 10 the next day. I think the only fault I made was not getting a hold of her name (doh…very stupid of me and will be the lesson/​outcome out of all this).
Anywho, the very next morning I prepped and preened myself for the interview. I put on my makeup and my business clothes and headed out the door. The drive was pretty long (it took a while to find the place because I made a wrong turn and their headquarters are situated in a strange area full of fast food and cars) and I felt a tinge of regret, but I pushed those feelings aside in the hopes of getting a job.
Walking in there reminded me of entering the Social Security office. It’s crowded, there are fluorescent lights and plastic chairs, and they call out your name when your «head hunter» is ready to interview you. There are also people in the side table filling out paperwork and using keypads. When I come up to the receptionist to tell her I have an appointment, she tells me that I am not in their system (what???). I told her that someone from their company called me to be interviewed and my resume should be on their file. Apparently it’s not on there. When she asks me who called me, all I could give her was a blank stare and tell her that a woman called me the day before. She then goes off and asks the other employees if my name is familiar and if they have an appointment with me. Strangely enough, no one does.
Lesson learned! I should’ve taken that woman’s name down, but at this point I’m pissed because a) my file should be on there and b) I drove all the way down to Mira Mesa for something that never existed! Not only do I feel incredibly stupid, but I am also annoyed at the gas money I lost just to get there! Ugh. Although the receptionist told me that she would call if they ever find my resume, I told her if they ever found my file to rip it up because I never wanted to go back.
Hopefully someone else has had better luck with this place than I did!
