I contacted this company to book a move out clean of my old house. We agreed upon a price of $ 110 for a 4 hour time period. I was then asked that if the 4 hour max was hit, would I like them cleaners to continue. I clearly stated no, that I would like to be called and given an update of the cleaning status so I could decide if they could continue and incur an additional cost, Andrea(the owner) wrote this down and added all of this to the invoice notes. On the day of the clean out, there was some confusion on when Dottie? the cleaner was supposed to arrive, I was told 6:30pm, however she did not arrive until 11pm. When I entered the after the house after the clean out, the entire unit smelled like smoke, and there were multiple pieces of ash on the carpet. Also, everything that was in the house I was coming back for was gone, all my personal cleaning supplies, trashcans, food in the fridge, and a tile steamer. I called Dottie’s cell, and still have received no response. I received my invoice from Andrea charging me for 7 hours of cleaning. I called to voice my concerns about the clean out, and was met with sympathy for my inconvience, but also ambivelence about my concern that I was not called after 4 hours. I was asked to «meet in the middle» on the price difference even after I was not called, had only agreed to 4 hours, had to re-vaccum and sanitize the home myself due to the smoke odor in the house. Our home was a non-smoking home that I can now be charged for if the smell lingers, the ash on the carpet left marks, and I had my personal items stolen, and Andrea acted as if she was being put out due to the fact that I was refusing to pay for a job that I did not authorize. The entire experience was very disappointing and was very unprofessional, I should not even have had to pay the original quote price for the fact that my home was smoked in & my property was stolen. Andrea told me that«it just sucks for her» that I am not paying in full. I would definetly avoid this place for any of your cleaning needs, because you never know who they are letting into your home…
