There is nothing I’ve had in all of America that compares to the flavor of the tacos coming out of this place. I’ve come to this place countless time now over several years and it always satisfies beyond. Let yourself go here and indulge yourself. The tortillas are like they only are in Mexico… the al pastor is surreal. The guacamole is generous and perfect. No matter that this looks like any other junkie taco place in Tijuana… no joke… this belongs in the rock n roll hall of tacos! How I long… oh how i long for one right now. It’s the only place to stop in Tijuana.

I’ve tried a lot of tacos in my life but for pork tacos(al pastor) nothing beats this place a bit spicy with the sauces but second to none, I like this better than tacos el gordo & franc. Everything else is really good too the guac is amazing. Ive been going here for years when every im in TJ

Yummy taco shop The best carne asada street tacos this side of the border… ok at least the best in walking distance of the border. Give them a try. All the tacos are under $ 2. Very clean!

I was visiting Tijuana 2 months ago with my sister and mom to get an awesome facial(because you can’t get them here in Ca) sarcasm-my mom swears by that. anyway I digress… my sister heard of Tacos El Guero from a friend so we walked up and down the streets of crazy TJ till we stumbled upon this taco joint. Amazing taco joint might I add! I had 2 tacos de carne asada and 2 of Al Pastor. Delish!!! Not your average small 2 biters either. Had I known that I would of not got the quesadilla too. Both meats were tender and juicy and packed with flavor. They both got slapped with a heaping spoonful of guacamole which was pure avocado and not disguised by tomatoes and lettuce. Quesadilla was cheesy too. I like how the tortilla was buttery and crispy. Salsas were nice and spicy; a total of 3 to choose from along with limes and grilled green onions. Note: you order first, then eat, and pay at the end in case you want something else which is possible since everything looks and smells amazing. enjoy!

Don’t mistake this taco shop with the one in San Ysidro or San Diego, this is the one in Tijuana at the south end of Revolution Avenue as the street curbs to the left. I been hitting this spot with my cousins since it used to be a taco cart back in the mid 80’s. When I got married, my wife and I started coming here. Now that we have kids, our kids love this place too. Over the years, we seen this place go from a cart into a building, then expand their taco selection, then buy out their neighbor and expand the premises. Now, they have bathrooms, sitting areas and the tacos are as good as a taco can get. All the tacos are like $ 1.25 except the lengua tacos which are $ 1.50. They also offer tortas, mullas, quesadillas and a bunch of other things i can’t pronounce but, they tast great. If you plan a trip south of the border with friends or family, this is a place you need to go get your grub on in.
