Tan Zehui MD

Dr. Tan is a wonderful and caring doctor. She will listen to your concerns and will help you the best she can or refer you to where you need to go. I have become close to her for the reason being she helped me dramatically when I was in my 3^rd trimester in pregnancy and having severe anxiety attacks, she took me without an appt. and took care of me until my husband and good friend took me to where I could get the right care. I kid you not, she was with me for 3 or more hours she never left my side. It was the most horrible experience I have ever had in my life (I had never had an anxiety attack before so I didn’t know what was happening to me). I love Dr. Tan with all my heart and wish I could keep her but sadly I have moved. Which literally makes me want to cry, she is s great dr with great bedside manners. You will love her!

Dr Tan is a wonderful and knowledgeable physician. She is my mom’s and wife’s primary care doctor. She makes extra efforts to spend time with each patient and worked very hard. Very caring and kind.

Dr. Tan was my primary physician for two years while I lived in San Diego. She was caring, smart, and a great doctor. I wish I could still go to her but I have moved away. I first met her after getting attacked by an outdoor cat– crazy, I know. Basically she removed my stitches and some staples out of my head that I received in the ER. She also treated a huge scar I got on my arm from the same cat. It’s not that visible anymore and because of the way she handed the stitches to my eyebrow you can’t even see the scar that used to be there!
Dr. Tan did my physicals, gave me shots, etc. She was always gentle and had answers to all of my questions. I had good insurance– Pacificare, so my appointments always cost only $ 5. The staff at Via Tazon were good at what they did and I never had to wait very long to see her. They had signs set up that asked patients to stand behind a certain area so that they could talk to you confidentially and not give away any of your information.
It’s hard to find a primary care person you trust. Dr. Tan exceeded my expectations from the first appointment I ever had with her and I would not hesitate to send a friend or family member to her.
