Stupid Mexican guy with hair slicked back trying to tell me they don’t make the feast anymore. I said really? I just got it yesterday? Then he tries to give me a lesson on how to make the sand which. last I checked you work at subway not me.

We have all been to subway. It’s usually the same experience every time. I’ve never really had a bad experience at a subway, which is pretty damn impressive to start. However, today I popped in here on my lunch break and had an exceptional experience. All the staff was great, but one in particular blew me away. Based on my receipt, her name is Trisia. She was the one who actually rang me up. She could not have been kinder. She offered to wrap half and keep half out for me to eat there. But when I really got impressed is when I sat down to eat. Every single person who walked in and out of the door was greeted and thanked in the most genuine way. On top of that, she came out and checked on every single person/table and asked«is everything ok?» And even more incredible…“can I get you guys anything?“ She actually created a dining experience for me… And I was at a Subway. Some of the best service I have ever received. Kudos Trisia, you made my day. This girl needs a raise.

I love Subway. But I always get this overwhelming feeling when deciding to pick what on my sub. So pressured! Came around 9pm and there were 6 people in line with only one guy working. Whoa! He did such a great job at being fast paced as well as still putting up a conversation. I went with a 6 inch Italian sub with chicken, mayo, honey something and AVOCADO! So delicious and perfectly toasted. A little bite of heaven. What’s even better is that this location has A LOT of parking. Who likes fighting for parking when you’re hungry and just trying to buy food right?

I never thought I’d write a review about a regular old Subway, but wow I had such a pleasant experience here! I’ve been coming to this Subway for 8 years, since it’s the closet restaurant to my job. Jessica was so helpful and nice! She started off by telling me my regular order of jalapeño bread might be no longer. She said it’s going to be replaced with a southwest bread that has stuff baked in it and not just on it. I thought that was cool, since she didn’t really have to say anything about it really. Then she said they had some new chutney-type sauce & asked if I wanted to try it on a cucumber & it was really delish. Talk about going above and beyond! Jessica, you rock! As always, the place was clean and food was fresh and delish!

Everything was great today :) as soon as I walked in I was greeted and helped immediately. The gentleman(Scott?) male with glasses. who helped me asked me what I wanted and I told him so that way we could avoid going down he line ingredient by ingredient and make it that much faster! He did a great job of putting it together and being friendly about it. He didn’t miss a single ingredient and also up sold me the cookie(which I love and would have bought anyway!) haha I ordered the oven roasted chicken only with lettuce, pickles, jalapeños, spinach and one drizzle of ranch. I got my oven baked lays and powerade: D I come to the area about once a week so I’m glad I know I can come to a consistent and reliable location. The woman at the register was friendly.(breeanne) She didn’t seem to engage much with the gentleman before me but when I got there she was a lot more friendly. Guess it helped that I wasn’t a jerk like the guy before me ! I’ll be back !

the morning manager is one of the best customer service ladies i’ve ever met. She greets everyone in the a.m., knows most peoples names(I got there 2X per month) and she even knows your sandwich if regular. unbelievable in fast food today. Subway is so so, but this lady makes this store a 5 star!!!

I come here for lunch almost every day. They are very nice and always remember what kind of sandwich I like. I order the exact same thing every time. Turkey on nine grain honey oat, no cheese, not toasted, lettuce, green peppers, mustard and black pepper. I bring my own bottle of water to drink. Total out the door $ 4.35. Only 280 calories. Always say to go and there is no sales tax because you’re just buying fresh food without any preparation, ie toasting. If you get it toasted or you dine in, you’ll get charged sales tax. Just a little tip from cheap old me. I’ll be back here tomorrow or the next day. I like sitting outside on the patio too.

I mean. How Many stars can you really give a subway right? The sandwich was decent, they switched their gloves, whatever. The problems for me were costomer service. Lije the way they worked so mind nunbingly slow! Not only that but they seriously could not give less of a s*** while they were making it. They try to ask you questions about how you would like your sandwich but are too busy being dead inside to speak up and mumble every word they. I write this review after more than just one visit.

Went in for two foot longs today. Lydia took care of me. This girl has some SERIOUS customer service issues. RETRAINING A MUST! I asked for 9 grain, they didn’t have any, I asked for Balck Forrest ham, they didn’t have any. When she charged me for the sandwiches she told me it was 12 dollars. I told her I had asked for two $ 5 foot longs and that if they ran out of ham that wasn’t my fault. She said«sorry». She also said, get this, «I can’t give you a receipt, we ran out of paper». Seriously!, the only thing they didn’t run out of was attitude. This subway sucks!

I’m not one to ever complain, but I have HAD it with this location and their horrible customer service! My office is walking distance and everyone complains about the same thing, poor customer service! Today was an all new high, there was ONEEMPLOYEE with a long line of customers! All upset because they had been standing and standing waiting to be served while the employee chit chats n gets distracted… meanwhile half of your veggies weren’t available… no straws either? The station was a total mess. Not a single customer was happy all of them just like myself were standing there hungry and waiting, the employee left my sandwich in the toaster for so long that when she finally pulled it out wrapped it up and handed it to me, my entire sandwich had gone cold, it was all I wanted for lunch n every bite I took was cold and gross I threw it away, luckily I had a bag of chips to hold me over. I WILLNEVER come back and neither will the rest of my staff due to this. Read your reviews and change your crappy staff and don’t go cheap, you should always have more than ONE employee scheduled at ALL times, what gives?

Decent subway, only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 3 is because the manager Christian has superb customer service and is always upbeat. Other than that the other employees seem to care less and look as if they are ALWAYS having a bad day

So get this, I was totally shocked and the manager did not care. I went in and ordered a 12″ Subway Club Sandwich on 9 grain wheat, everything is going fine so far and the employee picks up a handful of ham, she starts from the top throwing away the green and discolored ham until she gets to a slice that looks ok and then starts making my sandwich. I asks her why the other ham was throw away and she stated it had gone bad, well the bad ham was sitting on top my good ham? I asks to see a manager and the manager was more worried about the line then customer service. I will never ever eat at a Subway again. I will only eat at a sandwich restaurant that I can see the meat being sliced and put on my sandwich, no more prepackaged meat for me.

I agree with Mindy that it’s affordable and quick. Customer service is not impressive. The employee that helped me kept talking to another employee. Only turned over and asked me what I want on my sandwich every now and then.

Came here with a coworker for a quick bite between business meetings. The service was OK and expedient. The sandwich, this time being a Western Egg & Cheese Sandwich(Bacon instead of Ham), was OK for being the $ 5 footlong special of the month, but not something that I would be thrilled about ordering again. With a drink and a 1.5 oz bag of chips going for a little more than $ 7 it was not not bad; however, it did not thrill me either.

My Subway of choice out of the many on Clairemont Mesa Blvd. because one of the workers looks like my old assistant manager(cool dude) when I worked retail shoe hell at Vans. They always say«Welcome to Subway» which is nice and the place is clean. And I see they always change their gloves when they come out from the back. Everyone hates on Subway but I swear every Subway at lunch time has the same long lines. We have many undercover Subway fans in San Diego. I like roast beef, seafood sensation(comes and goes) on wheat thank you very much. I always get a footlong and eat half for lunch the day I buy and then eat the other half the next day. That’s a $ 2.50 lunch for both days!

Im sorta embarassed to admit it but for the last several months since I have been on my new«healthy lifestyle» and trying to drop major pounds… I have become a loyal and devoted patron of Subway! I definitely visit a subway at least 2 times a week it seems. Sadly I almost always get the same things: Chicken Breast Salad topped with Subway’s own Fat Free Honey Mustard Dressing(Yum) or The 6-inch Subway Club(minus ham) on wheat and again topped with Subway’s own Fat Free Honey Mustard Dressing(Yum) both are Low calories but High satisfaction! And nowadays there seems to be a subway on every other corner!
