Service here is great. You always know what to expect from a Subway when you enter it and that consistency is a huge part of the fast food franchises success. I eat here often and greatly appreciate the efficiency of the staff.

The only reason I visit this subway location is because is the closer one to my workplace. Its always super busy, not that clean and it takes for ever to get your food.

I have purchased subs from this subway many times and the service is always quick and efficient. Today the two young ladies working didn’t seem to have a game plan as to who was doing what. Usually the procedure is to pick your bread, then the type of sandwich. Next they put on the meat and cheese and offer to toast it. Once toasted you select your vegetable toppings etc and you are good to go. These two ladies were all over the place. However, the end result was the same I had a delicious foot long«Italian B.M.T.» which happened to be the sandwich of the day and only cost $ 6.00+tax. Overall, the restaurant was very clean; the two ladies working were friendly.

last night my daughter and i went to have a quick dinner at this location, the guy there was very polite, his name was charles. it was around 10:30pm and i was surprised at how courteous he was, he made us the perfect sandwich, it was great. most subway’s are extremely stingy with the toppings which upsets me because they should at least put the normal amount, anyways he was very nice and gave great service. we will definitely come back to this store. thanks!

I was greeted when I walked inside so I had assumed I would have wonderful customer service. Unfortunately not though. The lady who was helping me dropped the knife on the floor and just threw a mini fit without acknowledging that I’m right there. I let it go, whatever. I’m glad she just got new gloves and a new knife before continuing on my sandwich. I asked for mine to be toasted and one of her co-workers had a cart with all the bread in front of the door and the lady just yelled«you’re in my way!» I was waiting for like«haha» or «just kidding» but nope… and her co-worker said«oh i’m sorry.» Awwwkward. Another customer came in behind me and she started making her sandwich when mine was in the oven, typical. But then when mine came out, all of sudden it was like we were on the same bill and treated as if we ordered together. When my sandwich was done, instead of wrapping it up, she placed it on top of the wrapper and finished the other customer’s sandwich and grabbed her soup while I’m standing at the register waiting to pay and watching my toasted sandwich get cold. I’m all about being efficient and having a personal method of getting things done but in this case, I was here first and I was just waiting for no reason. A different lady came to the register and wasn’t friendly either. I don’t usually give 2 stars but if you work with customers, please work on customer service. I’m sure there is a thing or 2 that people don’t like about their job description but you’ve got to work through it since it’s your job and getting paid for it. I usually drive a little farther away from work to a different Subway since I feel safer with the area but today I was feeling a little under the weather and decided to just try this out. But for sure next time, I’d rather drive a little further away to have a better overall experience.

Came around lunch time no line!!! Yay! Girl was nice and fast ask me how I wanted the sandwich didn’t slow down at all had me in and out in 3 min! That’s how fast service should be and she had a great Attitude!

Your regular subway without the customer care. I’d really wish they would at least show they cared. As a «for the go» place, I suppose it’s fine. Otherwise, meh

Came into Subway today just off of a whim. I was immediately greeted at the front door with a «Hello, Welcome to Subway!» Just like I should be. The young lady who was cleaning the floor went over to the sink, washed her hands and immediately began with my order. I picked the Wheat 9 grain bread because it is the healthiest for all three sandwiches. To start was my man’s Italian BMT. I asked for her to put the mayo/mustard on the bread rather then in the center like others do. She smiled and said«no problem». Normally the employee’s huff at me not this girl. Aileen just kept on smiling. She made my sandwich perfect! Next, I couldn’t make up my mind between the Turn or the Cheese Steak sandwich. Aileen made it real easy. She asked if I would like to try it. I have never in the history of Subway been asked if I wanted to try something new that they had. It was amazing so now I had to purchase both of them. I ordered the Cheese steak with American cheese a small amount of lettuce and honey mustard on the bread along with the Tuna. I ate extremely healthy and enjoyed my food to the fullest but the clear star of today was Aileen! Thanks for your help and suggestion. I will be back. Might be tomorrow lol PS: Owner replace the address 1. it looks tacky. PS: Public~ There is a for hire sign in the window.

Ok, but not sure of the cleanliness, and the way it was a bit slow in service. I had one women who kept coming back to ask for more of this or more of that. So, I had to wait longer than needed to.
