I have used Jordan Williams twice for office leases for my business since 2010. We just completed a big move this month, with his help. Jordan knows the market very well and has the connections and skills to get me good deals. As a lawyer with significant real estate litigation experience, I have seen all the ways these deals can go wrong for the tenant. So it should say a lot that I trust Jordan to represent me in such a significant contract. And I trust him enough to send my clients to him, too!

We had a great experience working with Jack, who served as our tenant representative. My wife and I own a small business and had been looking to expand to a second location for several months before we retained Strom Commercial(called RED Strategies at the time). We had worked with another tenant representative before, whose strategy was to send us numerous listings every day, hoping that one would eventually work. Jack took a different approach – he really took the time to learn about us and our business, and our goals for this second location. He showed us properties that he thought would work, and after each one, we would give him feedback about what we liked or didn’t like and he would adjust his search accordingly. In the course of working together, Jack learned that a property that we had been extremely interested in several months earlier(before working with Jack) was back on the market. Jack asked if we were interested in trying to restart negotiations. We were. Since the landlord had passed on our tenancy almost a year earlier, it took a persistent effort by Jack to convince the landlord to reconsider, but Jack ultimately succeeded in re-opening the negotiations. Jack was extremely helpful during the negotiation process in getting us information, communicating with the landlord’s brokers, and helping to iron out issues that arose. Ultimately we signed the lease. We couldn’t have done it without Jack’s help. If you are looking for a tenant representative, I highly recommend contacting Jack.

On November 112013 I signed an agreement for Strom Commercial Real Estate to market my unit for lease and assist in finding a suitable tenant. Hans touted his firms ability to specialize in loft spaces and his savvy marketing expertise. To my dismay, they rarely returned calls from prospects. Other than list the space on their website and put a sign in front of my unit it appears he did no other marketing that required his firm to spend money. It was I who found a potential client. I passed the information on to Hans Strom, with the understanding that he would collect the required paperwork and make a recommendation whether to rent or not. I leased the space to Mint Shape LTD on January 1, 2014. The business made two subsequent payments and stopped. I immediately informed Hans of the problem and had at least two phone conversations. He promised to help me lease the property at no additional commission. I was able to get possession of the property but not before the current tenant had changed the locks. They notified Strom Commercial where new keys could be picked up. Over the course of the next month, Hans assured me that he was working diligently on getting the unit leased and was actively showing it. However, it was later revealed that he didn’t even have the new set of keys for over two weeks. I began the process to collect what was owed. I contacted Hans and asked him to forward the applications, paperwork and social security number of the co-signer. He ignored me for several days. He then responded that he had no social security number and had collected no other information from the prospect when they were being reviewed. I am now owed over $ 15,000 in back rent and repairs in addition to the commission I paid to his firm. I relied on the firms experience and integrity but Hans Commercial was unprofessional and reckless when representing me and my property. At a minimum, I asked him to return the commission he was paid. He has not responded to my request; nor has he offered an apology.
