Poor experience — I tried submitting a mobile order three times and received errors on all of them. I ordered a butterscotch latte and then they informed me it is out of stock. Only 2 workers wee working while 3 stood to the side chatting. Took a long time to get my order. Definitely not the Starbucks experience I was looking for.

Alright, here’s a simple review. The only reason you’d want to go to this Starbucks is if you want to buy ice for 4 dollars or want an awful latte. Uh yeah basically go to another Starbucks.

Just want to give a shoutout to this starbucks. They service most of our employees that work at this mall. They are always super friendly. It is a great way to start the day! Thank younguys for being so great!

Awful! Employees are unable to keep up with demand. Not their fault, more than likely a result of poor management. Try the coffee bar down the way Elixir. At least they have a smile, are not understaffed, and you can get through the line in less than 30 minutes.

Still shocked at the absolute ineptitude of the team working here. No o e cares about the customer, zero respect for time, always forget pastries and sandwiches, it’s a complete joke. I wish I could give this place zero stars. Only because it’s been like this every time I’ve come in the last year. And trust me, I come more than sparingly. Get it together.

Been to this particular many times before to get a pick me up… My go to drink is either a strawberry frap or lemonade… Unfortunately today, they didn’t have either available. So I settled for a breakfast sandwich and oj.
The baristas were very quick and apologetic to me and other guests as they seemed to be out of everything but pastries.
I was happy with my breakfast sandwich.
I’ll be back again for sure but hopefully next time around they’ll have their syrups to make their popular and my favorite drinks.

Starbucks is always without a fail a hit or miss experience. And this place is no exception. I’ve had experiences here that are way less stellar however sometimes they do it just right. With that said, there’s not much to say about this one. It’s a convenient location to grab coffee. Line can be really long at time especially during summer for some cold drinks — just be prepared to wait.

This place is just flat out busy! You can’t really move around because of how many people are in there. Half the mall is in here at a certain time of day. Pick the right time and you’re in and out, otherwise, choose a different Starbucks locations.

Terrible customer service. I called ahead of time for a store merchandise. Went to pick it up, had to wait over 20 minutes and they came back with nothing.

Loved the female barista this morning that took my order. Even though it was slightly complex, she got it down perfectly.
But only giving 2 stars because when I picked up my drink, I asked for some ice water and the male barista told me to go to the back of the line.
This has never happened to me before in any Starbucks. Totally disappointed.

Just like any other typical Starbucks. Nothing special but it is convenient. Located within UTC mall, this Starbucks get all the crowd!
The line in the morning is usually long unless you go around 730am then you will not see a line.
The barista is hit or missed here. Some are super nice and sweet and some are just too grumpy to be there. Overall, it’s not terrible. Avoid going there during lunch time/​afternoon, line can get super crazy.

This place is always busy, I come every Thursday at 530pm and there’s only one barista making coffee while the others clean and there’s 20 people waiting for coffee. Last time I waste my time here

The line moved quickly & I got to use my gift card for iced mocha and multi gran bagel. When I waited for my drink my bagel was sitting on the counter. No one really said anything but I just grabbed it since I knew it was mine. There WiFi was good and fast. Plenty of seats outside while I people watched

This starbucks is located at the corner of a food court of utc mall. Now you wanna probably plan your coffee fox before rolling up uere thinking your drink will be 5mins.
Starbucks went very cheap on this store. More like an express location then a sit and chill. It gets pretty busy and you may find yourself hugged up against the glass door so dress to impress lol.
All in all if your needed that caffeine or that comfort drink to hold while walking the mall, you won’t mind the 15min wait.

Not a fan of this Starbucks, it’s cramped and always very crowded. Luckily there are plenty of tables outside but it seems that someone is always smoking outside.
My review of this Starbucks has little to do with the service and baristas, but just the environment and layout of the store. All the drinks I’ve had here have been comparable to other locations, and it’s generally a clean store. Don’t come here if you’re hoping for a spacious table to yourself… you’ll likely be cramped at a small table with no outlet if you’re lucky enough to even find one.

I can count on Starbucks to be reliable, and the employees at this busy location right outside the food court at the Westfield UTC mall are friendly and patient with the perpetual lines.
If you don’t want to wait in line, and you’re in the mall, try the coffee café at Nordstrom’s. But I gotta say this Starbucks moves the lines fairly efficiently.
This Starbucks is small inside, so you’ll need to sit outside, or you can sit inside the food court, which is next to Starbucks.
If they have fresh-​brewed Sumatra, I recommend this dark roast, with a low acidity and a great deep flavor.
