We just got our new copier and couldn’t be happier! Delivery was quick and simple! When I had a problem, they were able to help me over the phone so I didn’t have to wait for a technician to come out! Very awesome service.

The customer service is great! I had a big job to do and needed help figuring out how to work my new copier. South Coast went above and beyond to get me the help I needed, answered all of my questions, and the technician stayed until I had completely finished my job. Definitely surpassed my expectations!

When our trusty Xerox copier of 5 years started having problems, we were hesitant to switch over to a new company as well as a Canon, but I must say we are quite pleased we made the change! Our old company would have us waiting 2 sometimes 3 days for service! Then if it needed parts. well let’s just say Kinko’s became a close friend of ours.
South Coast Copy listened to what we wanted and gave us the perfect machine specific to OUR needs. They have this awesome automated system that can see when my toner is running low and they send it proactively! Same with service, they will call ME if they see an error pop us and make sure we are up and running as soon as possible! Customer service is so pleasant to speak to, and their IT and technicians are so nice too! I highly recommend South Coast Copy if you are shopping for a new provider and ready to switch to the best!

I work with a company that prints in heavy volume and it is a struggle dealing with our copy machines. Luckily, we have South Coast Copy Systems. i believe that the service could have been better. i have spent time waiting for their techs to arrive and when they did, they did not have everything they needed. we ordered a printer and it came without toner. the tech was not very knowledgeable about the different settings on the printer. he showed up, did not have any Ethernet cables, couldn’t figure out why the printer would not turn on. once i showed him the big black power switch on the side, he showed me it turned on and left. needless to say i was disappointed.
