The former Travel Lodge is now Prime-​Inn. (Same phone # as listed in Google for Travel Lodge) Appears to have recently been refurbished. New carpet, furniture, and paint inside and out. It offers reasonable and moderately priced (70) accommodation if you need a room in the Imperial Beach area. It sounded like the Desk clerk speaks English as his FIRST language too ! The lobby is being remodeled so had to check in through the window. It was a challenge to hear over traffic noise.

The area around this place is a little shaddy so we weren’t expecting great service or complimentary breakfast and coffee but that’s exactly what we got. The family that runs this place is so nice! Super friendly and happy to help! Even at 12 at night. Super chill place
* the light flickered once and the tv turned on by itself! A little creepy.
