Great home inspector! He found a crack in the foundation after we were told that the foundation was already fixed. We didn’t end up buying the house because of this issue, but if we do find another house I will definitely call him again for a home inspection.

Chris is the best! So professional, on time and on target. Tells you the true story of what is really going on with a home. His knowledge of homes and safety issues is beyond what others may see with the bare eye. He uses high tech equipment and can see into walls for moisture and get the true story of what is happening. I called Chris on a Thursday and requested the inspection for the upcoming Saturday afternoon. Chris accommodated my schedule without hassle.
I received quotes from 3 separate companies. Chris’ price quote was 41% lower than one and 19% lower than the other.
Chris arrived prepared with all his equipment and a ladder (since he had to get on the roof). He was pleasant and answered all my questions in a way that was understandable. My realtor was present and was impressed by Chris’ thoroughness. My realtor was surprised when I mentioned the cost.
Chris took photos of every item that was not acceptable. He told us his normal response time to email the final report is 24 hrs and he would get it to us (my realtor and I) no later than Monday morning. My realtor told him that was fine.
Chris emailed my realtor and I the full inspection report, complete with photos and recommendations, within 2 hours of the completion of the inspection.
