The Mission Valley store is my go to location to purchase all the newly released J’s. I’ve been there multiple times over the last year and a half and always have a pleasant buying experience. The manager and the staff are always helpful and very professional. Thanks for taking such great care of me!!!

I came here for some shoes and they had them ready for me I think Singhay had helped me out the customer service was great she is a sweetheart I highly recommended coming by here to buy some shoes I will defintley be back

I walked through the entire store, walked passed three associates and was not greeted once or asked for any help. I’m an impulse buyer and I actually found a shoe I may have purchased (all black roshe and maybe a pair of jordan 6 all black if they had my size) but never had the chance. I walked passed two associates literally talking to each other about something outside of work by front the registers… nothing. As I was heading towards the exit, I caught the eye of another associate simply leaning on a shirt display table in hopes she would at least acknowledge me… nothing. So I told her, «I didn’t even get a hello or was asked for any help.» She looked around and seconds later apologized. Well, I took my business to footlocker at fashion valley.

They sell every kind of shoe you can think of here. I found a great pair of boots with absolutely no heel that I couldn’t find at Macy’s, Nordstrom or anywhere else. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Horrible horrible customer service– or shall I say lack of. No one offered assistance– employees were too busy talking amongst one another. There was a ghetto ass brunette female employee dropping the F-​bomb to a fellow co-​worker loud as hell too. Needless to say I was disgusted and left immediately. There is no way in hell I’m shopping at an establishment that displays lack of attention or consideration to customers.

Customer service is extremely lacking here. Went in searching for a type of boot, asked to try on maybe 2 or 3. The guy was busy talking with his friend, ignoring customers so I had to ask him a few times if I could try the shoes on. He went in the back to get my sizes and returned back about a few seconds later (if that) saying he didn’t have my sizes. I honestly don’t think he even looked, I’ve worked in retail and I know it takes longer to check for a size. I then asked to try on a different style and he said «just a sec,» turned and kept talking to his friend, walked his friend out and then came back in and started eating his food. Yep. And then I left. Later that week I went to another Shiekh in Parkway Plaza, the girl was great! Found my size and everything. Mission Valley location needs to rethink their employees

Horrible customer service. They say lies to get you to buy their shoes. They told me I could return shoes I was buying as a present to any store, for a refund and I made sure to ask multiple people, including the manager because they are such a sketchy place. But when I went to return them 5 days later they told me I could only exchange them because I got them at a discount unless I go to the store I bought them at, and they gave me the excuse that the person telling me about the return policy must have been new, just more excuses and lies. I don’t live near the place I bought them. Never going to buy from th again. If I could give them no stars I would.

Great place to go to for the ghetto-​fabulously cheap pumps, stripper shoes, wedges, sneakers, boots, or whatever you can think of. Oh and you can bargain with these people too. LOL. I said, can I get all 3 for 60? Of course!
