I love the doctors! They are beyond caring and super attentive!

Arrived at 2:00 for my 2:30 appointment. I was signed in quickly for my 2:30 appointment (btw, there was no place to sit in the very very small waiting room). Instead of letting me know that the doctor was running late though, my appointment time came and left and the two ladies at the front desk just stuck to talking or texting on their cell phones (they stayed on their phones almost the entire time). I was called back at 3:30– an hour past my appointment time. The facility was small but for some reason the nurses chose not to close their patients doors so I was able to hear other patients talk to their nurses about their problems. I don’t think it’s appropriate that I could hear the person across from me explain why she needed the drugs she was asking for. In any event, I saw the doctor but most of the stuff that’s supposed to happen after that didn’t happen. The nurse assigned to the doctor didn’t seem to understand what she was doing. I could understand if she was new and was trying her best but she just didn’t seem to care.

I visited this office, with an appointment, this morning because I needed blood pressure evaluation. I lost my Kaiser insurance in December because I could not afford Cobra. I was unaware of the services available here. It never occurred to me to check with this place, even though I pass by here daily. After having my BP checked at a health fair, I was told I should find a place «quick» to get some medication. I’m so glad I thought to call here. The people were friendly and efficient. But a BIG nod to Nurse Practicioner Christina (Gloria) Niño. She gave me a thorough evaluation, including labs, so I could resume my medication. She prescribed the least expensive prescription meds and advised where to get them. I’m very thankful I gave them a try. Great people, great place.
