Just wanted to do a follow up review. Fanny had given me some legal advice that has since turned out to be some of the best legal advice I have ever gotten. If she hadn’t given me that advice I would be financially screwed and my credit would be virtually ruined. I highly recommend their service related to bankruptcy since that’s what I went to them for. Given my experience I’m sure you could go to them for anything legal. They are fabulous and I’m extremely thankful that I went to them in the first place. They made a very difficult situation much, much easier.

Michael is amazing and I would recommend him to anyone who is struggling with their charges! He is very helpful and informative, and an overall great lawyer who gives wonderful advice. We hired Fanny Cherng with our bankruptcy case, she was amazing. Our case was not an easy one and we knew beforehand, but Fanny was there for everything and made the process go smoothly. She always made herself available when we had any concerns, that is exactly what one needs when seeking legal representation. We had an experience before with an other lawyer from a different group and the experience was terrible, at the end of the day he never filed our case and said it was too difficult and of course kept the money. Fanny was always honest and helpful. Kelly her secretary was great as well. I would highly recommend Fanny.

Mike got rid of my DUI fines, possible jail time, community service, and probably some other things I just don’t understand all the law lingo. I found Seneca Law Group through Unilocal.I decided to go with them because of their great reviews and I definitely did not go wrong! I was rear-​ended by someone on the freeway and dealing with their insurance company was a nightmare. Once I retained Seneca Law Group, I didn’t have to deal with the insurance at all. They handled all of that. They kept me informed of what was going on with my case and always promptly responded to my questions or concerns. Before I knew it, my case closed with all my medical bills paid off and with some extra money for myself! If you are ever in need of legal representation, I would highly recommend you contact them.

I don’t often give five star ratings but am very impressed with my treatment at Seneca Law Group. The staff is just as friendly and helpful as the lawyer, Michael Runkel, that I worked with. It was an uncomfortable situation with a landlord acting unprofessionally & close to illegally. Michael took time to answer my first questions by phone, then sat down with me to go through my options thoroughly. At the end of this he’d already earned a four-​star rating, then waived the fee for our consultation. If you’re looking for a friendly professional with integrity, this is a great option.

Seneca Law Group is an upmost professional, competent, and courteous firm…. I was charged with a DWI and an alleged cocktail of medications in my system (all prescribed). I was sure my license would be pulled and I would pay serious consequences. Mr. Rhunkel took my case with the upmost courtesy and professionalism. He tells it how it is, if I had any questions regarding my case he would take the time to explain the proceedings and what legal course was next. Although I do not know what exactly he did, I do know he used the law for the absolute best outcome for my case. I believe he is a competent attorney, and if I had other legal counsel I don’t think I would be so optimistic about the results. I walked away with a fine and reckless driving. Most of all, I’m thankful that he put my mind at rest throughout the legal process, I was worried to say the least. If things did start taking a turn for the worst, or something he may not have expected, I’m sure he would’ve let me know. But throughout he reassured me he did everything within legal means, and his words were exemplified by the results. God forbid I ever need counsel again, but if I do, I know where I would go first.

Emailed to find out more on bankruptcy, Fanny contacted me the next day. Made an appointment and things went from there. With a down payment and 6 months to pay her off before filing for bankruptcy it went well… As far as bankruptcies go anyway :-/
My emails were always answered and I never phoned, so I can’t comment on the other guys review. The case closed last month and now we have a fresh start, phew!

Called to ask about services and was cut off both times saying they don’t work on those types of cases while I tried to explain the case. Work on your customer service.

Fanny Cherng is the best bankruptcy attorney. She made the whole process very easy and not stressful.
