Their billing department is terrible. Not only are they unable to type the address of my insurance company, they give you 10 days to pay. After 10 days the interest charge is 30% per year,
When I called to correct the address to the insurance company, I discovered that they had never sent the invoice to the insurance company.

Scripps Oral Pathology Service is absolutely stellar. I am a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon in south Orange County and have known and worked with all three Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Pathologists (Dr. Lee Slater, Dr. Gretchen Folk and Dr. Gordon Rick) for the past 10 years. They would take time out of their busy schedules and families to drive up to Loma Linda University (where I trained as as Oral & Facial Surgeon) to teach the residents. Their knowledge and competence in the head & neck area of pathology is second to none. I know that when I send a specimen in that the diagnosis is going to be correct (which means the best care for me and my patients).
I would highly recommend them to any OMS/​ENT that needs pathology services!

I want to amend my previous review of Scripps Oral Pathology Service. They did work with me on my bill and the payments to where everyone was completely satisfied. They do make every attempt, in the end, to work with you. I wanted to duly note credit, when credit is due!
