Fantastic service from San Diego Refrigeration! My floral cooler stopped cooling all of a sudden; as a wedding and event florist, I need my cooler running on-demand. I had another company come out before San Diego Refrigeration, and the repairman told me that I had to buy a new– very expensive component, nearly the cost of a new cooler! I was fortunate to receive a referral from another floral company to San Diego Refrigeration. Repairman Bill came out timely(early even) with a friendly and super helpful demeanor and promptly assessed the issue with my floral cooler. Instead of needing to replace the entire expensive component as indicated by the other company, he found the fix and the whole job was done affordably and quickly. Lets just start with they showed up many times and my restaurant problems never got fixed. Unfortunately I had to hire another refrigeration company to have my repairs done which they fixed in one day. Obviously this other company had more knowledge. Today I tried calling them to give them another chance, I explained the past problems I had and the requests I had made for some other things to be serviced regularly that never got done. Obviously this company does not care. Todays call in was just another awakening to why am I calling this place again. Gina thanks for offering the overtime rate at 11:00 am and way to go above and beyond for customer service, I appreciate you telling me to call someone else. I just explained to you the past problems we had with your company. Hopefully you can learn how to listen and take all this into consideration. Most of the time a customer complains there is usually truth to it. I did take my business to another company before and I am advising every other customer out there now that reads this to do the same. IFYOUHIRETHISPLACEYOUWILLBEVERYDISAPPOINTED.

Slow to respond to a our call about a broken AC unit during one of the hottest weeks of the year. Kinda understandable since they must have had a lot of calls for repairs. However, when they failed to come to two different scheduled times I find that horrible. Meanwhile I have to apologize to each patient that comes into the office for the heat. Unacceptable! Oh, still waiting for it to be repaired! Addendum: OK, I would like to say that when I called today Gina was very good on the phone and polite and understanding and helpful. I think the problem is with the technician. I think the owners are good. So I’m going to rerate a bit higher.

San Diego Refrigeration did an outstanding job for me. I had an issue when moving out of my house and called them for quick help. They responded almost immediately and then managed the problem through to the end for me(even though I had left town). The service and communications were great and the bill was as quoted. They did a great job!

WOW … Is all I can say. I had two freezers not working and called them. They arrived within 30 minutes and had them working and fixed within a hour! They have never worked so well… If you need a repair please call them!
