I’ve been reading SDFM since it was San Diego Family Press, back when dinosaurs walked the earth. The cover stories are always topical and local-focused, and the content has a ton of value to anyone with kids of any age in San Diego(or visiting Our Fair City). The school and camp issues in particular are pretty comprehensive w/tons of listings and info so you can decide on summer camps, or even after-school activities. Plus, you can’t beat the price, and it’s easy to find one, anywhere in the county.

Even if you’re not a parent but are looking for fun things to do in San Diego this is a great FREE resource. You can also find coupons for different sites. Every issue has a calendar of events of things to do in and around San Diego. For those of you working in event planning or have an upcoming event you want to advertise, this is the place to do it. My only complaint is that the advertising and calendar of events for South of the North Park Area is extremely limited. If you have a business or event in the Southern Half of San Diego, PLEASE advertise here.
